Daniel arrived promptly to do maintenance on my 2 HVAC units. My AC is blowing strong and cold now! He also repaired my dryer and thoroughly cleaned the inside of the dryer and cleaned the vent. Daniel is very polite and knowledgeable, explaining everything. I will continue to use them for HVAC maintenance and appliances problems. Another plus is you can brush up on your Russian, as Daniel is fluent.
Second time I’ve used this company for refrigerator repair. Scheduling is easy, great communication, you schedule in a two hour window and get a text when the tech is about 30 min out. Quick service and both techs have been very nice and polite. Prices seem reasonable.
Our AC stopped working and we called Tech Service FIRST to look for the problem. Daniel very quickly found the clogging in the drainage system. After cleaning he also measured the amount of freon, checked the air filter and explained in detail how I should carry out maintenance so that the system would continue to work efficiently.

Since I currently live in another country, I took the search for a company that will repair the icemaker for my tenants quite seriously. From the very beginning, they were always in touch and kept both me and the tenants informed about the time of arrival, the problem, prices, etc. It was important for me to see the whole process, so I asked in advance to take some photos. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a detailed step-by-step description, supported by a lot of different pictures, and I had a feeling as if I myself was present during the repair. Alex turned out to be very knowledgeable about the problem and was able to quickly make diagnostics of the broken Samsung ice maker and order the necessary parts. He was very friendly and professional, and I'm happy that I decided to go with this service provider, I will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you very much!

We just had a fantastic experience with Daniel and Ali. Tech Service First was able to come out the next morning after I submitted the request (and it was Holiday by the way) and had my LG microwave and Sub Zero refrigerator fixed by the same day! Very polite and professional service, and communicated every step of the way. If I ever have any problems with my appliances, I will call them right away!
Was needed a service for my Samsung Double Door Refrigerator. Booked service online, because was really comfortable and fast for me, as a freelancer. Operator instantly called back, was polite, explained to me main service details. My Whirlpool refrigerator stopped cooling in the fridge sector completely, and the freezer was cooling very little, so I thought I needed to buy a new refrigerator. I really did not want to spend on a new refrigerator, so I researched online if it was even possible to fix it. Different companies had expensive diagnostic prices, without any guarantees that they would actually be able to fix it. Then, I stumbled upon this company, Tech Service First. They had very good reviews, and most importantly a very reasonable diagnostic price. So I figured I should give this company a try, and in the worst case, I would just end up buying a new fridge. When I called the company, the operator immediately took the phone without any delay or a robot speaking (which happens rarely these days) and we scheduled an appointment for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. Amal the technician came on time, and fully diagnosed my refrigerator, and told me the precise problem. He fixed it on the same day for a very reasonable amount, and I was shocked that we were actually able to fix it for such a good price. He was very professional, and the company gave us a 6-month warranty on their work. I would highly recommend them to my friends or family, and would obviously use them myself in the future.
$75 diagnostic fee for them to tell me that my knob and timer were both broken on my dryer. I knew my knob was broken and needed to be replaced... they were wrong that my timer was broken. I wish I had thought to switch my knobs on my dryer before going through the hassle of getting a whole new dryer. So I switched the knobs, guess what? Timer isn't broken... it's a cracked knob, like I said it was.

I recently had the pleasure of working with this appliance repair company when my Kenmore dryer's belt broke. The technician was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the issue at hand. He quickly diagnosed the broken belt and had it replaced in a timely manner. Not only was the repair done quickly, but the technician also took the time to explain how to prevent the belt from breaking again in the future. Highly recommend! Our washer went out on the Fri of Christmas Eve, I called and thankfully they were still opened. They came out the next day and quickly figured out the issue. They were fast and friendly, I’d recommend to anyone needing help with a washer/dryer.
I have used this company twice. In the first case, my Whirlpool refrigerator was not cooling properly and I urgently needed it fixed since New Year was coming in a couple days, and I was going to have guests so I needed to store food. Called a bunch different companies before this one, and they were either on vacation or could not repair on the same, they did not have the parts, and needed to wait after New Year. When I reached out to Tech Service First, they replied immediately and a technician, Ali, came and repaired very fast, and everything went as planned with my guests. He was very professional, and explained everything thoroughly. The price was also good. I would recommend this company to anyone who values high quality work. The second time was when my LG dryer was not working anymore, did not heat at all. I thought I needed to buy a new dryer, since it was not working at all, and I did not want to overspend on a new dryer. Thought I would try again with Tech Service First since they left a good impression on me the first time. Again, as soon as I called them, one of their operators immediately took up the phone, and we scheduled a diagnostic for my dryer to find the precise problem. The technician, this time Daniel, came the next day, in the morning, and found the problem. He gave me an estimate of the repair, which was 3 times cheaper than buying a new dryer, and he also provided a 6 month warranty on his work. The dryer is still working very well. Also, I have a dog at home, and both of them were very animal friendly, and my dog Bucky liked them as well)
My tech Amal was fantastic. He explained the breakdown of each task, what was needed, made solid recommendations. He was also on time! Amal was really knowledgeable and so polite I would definitely recommend or use this company again. I got an ice maker repaired and my compressor cleaned.
I had a dryer that stopped working. The first repair man I called came out and in 10 minutes told me nothing was wrong with the dryer, it was an electrically problem. I then had an electrician come in and the electrician stated there was nothing wrong with the power or the outlet claiming power is running to the dryer! I called HVAC and the next day my dryer was thoroughly tested by Ali J. He was very nice and knowledgeable about every possible problem there could be and took the time to explain to me. He finally determined it was the outlet, changed it and problem solved! He was able to point out an obvious issue visible to the naked eye that the other electrician missed! Had a dryer start to go haywire and tenants that needed a fix. Scheduling was easy and very informative, and most importantly had quick turnaround. They asked for the brand to make sure they brought the correct parts depending on diagnosis. Amal N was very communicative with me and my tenants and fixed the control board issue very quickly. He took me through the pertinent info, and let know of the warranty associated with the work. Great experience all around
Response Time: IMMEDIATELY My tech was Ali, whom was punctual, communicative and detailed with the workmanship he performed. I wouldn’t have asked for a better tech. The only thing I ask, is for the company to advise that there’s a 3.5% INconvenience fee for utilizing a credit card. 99% of us depend more on plastic than paper. In addition to the cost being a bit steep. Overall, the process was extremely quick and even replaced the light bulb which I failed to even mention. I would definitely utilize their services again.
