I walked in with a list of items needed for a brand new store opened on SOCO and I can safely say this was one of the most refreshing, over-the- top stellar customer service experiences I’ve seen in decades. And I’m in customer service. Thank you & I’ll be back.

Their system is set up so you can’t call your store, no matter what. I’m gonna convince my boss to quit using them. If y’all read this: make yourselves accessible to your customers or you won’t last very long in this business. When you’re trying to get a hold of someone right before closing and you only connect to a national call center, it’s beyond infuriating. I’m saved so I’ll spare you the foul language and just say, good day.
Upon arrival met at door to control people in store.great ! Personally freindly,attentive,extremely helpful.didnt have exactly what I needed but had good replacement product with accessories. Unfortunately not in store ordered, 2-3 day wait.overall great service, people.great business overall.
