Blaine did a great job fixing my pipes, was on time and super handy. Will call after hours anytime.
Cleared our simple clogged drain for a bare fraction of what some other company wanted! And set us up on regular maintenance plan for plumbing and ac. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough! Chris was great!

I had great customer service from Jarod! He answered all my questions, and took his time explaining what he was going to do in order to get the AC unit running. Definitely recommend this company.
First I want to thank them for their services. They were very helpful from the time I schedule to come look at the AC at my parents home to the day they came and install the AC unit to the home. The technicians were very detail on what was wrong and giving us the best option. I appreciate every helpful insight that was provided.
We started using Goettl last year and have been beyond pleased with the work they've done, and with the knowledge and friendliness of everyone who has been out to work on our house! We've had the standard HVAC & flood inspection checks included in our plan, as Sadie members, duct cleaning & sealing, valve replacements, extensive plumbing & pipe work done (it's a really old house, y'all) so we've gone through a lot with them! We have loved so far working with Adam, Jackson, Chase, AJ & Colby.
Great experience all around. Gustavo and Ramiro were right on time did a great job cleaned up and was done when they said they would be!! Second time I have used then and professional and will use them again.
This was my first experience with Goettl. Joshua was my technician and was here earlier than I expected in the time frame which I was happy about. He inspected what was wrong with my AC and gave me a couple of options. He was able to provide a temporary fix until we schedule to get replaced why needs to (the pleunum). I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a HVAC service provider.
Jayrod was an excellent help and did an amazing job! He made everything easy to understand and walked me through how the air conditioning system worked WHILE fixing it! Any future problems I will for sure call him out again! Thanks Goettl!
Excellent service. Very thorough prentice maintenance. Checked everything and made sure everything is working right. Highly recommend their Sadie Protection Plan. We have used it for both plumbing, heating and air conditioning.
Holiday weekend late Friday was quoted but after we Signed up for their “club” which has some reasonable services cancelled the Friday night service and put me on Saturday. I was disappointed but was to be expected on the holiday night. Saturday was professional however there seemed to be a lot of up selling. We will try their service for the year and re evaluate
Amazing service. So easy to book and very accommodating. Wyatt is very professional and respectful of your residence. He is an expert in what he does and doesn’t try to push any products or services on you. He is honest and tells you exactly what you need.
The rep Joshua that came to my house was very good. He explained everything to me and showed me the pictures he took so I could understand better.
Wanted to update here. We had Cobi and AJ out to do a reseal on our handler and plenum of our system along with a full duct cleaning. They did a great job. Cleaned up everything and sealed our system thoroughly. We appreciate all of their work and their answering our questions. Great work! First time using Goettl. Joshua came out today to address an issue with our compressor. He was very thorough looking through everything, and had the issue sorted promptly. Additionally, we had some other questions and concerns about how our system was installed and what needed to be addressed. We really appreciated his candor in explaining what was and wasn't important. Thanks!

Jackson was very professional and set a great reputation for Goettl! We had a wonderful experience having our AC maintenance done after having trouble with other AC companies in the area. He was very patient and persistent. We really appreciated that he took the time to find the AC drain and solve the problem, which can be difficult in a 3rd floor condo! Highly recommend Goettl and will be requesting Jackson in the future for any other AC maintenance, repair, or replacement that we need.
Wyatt came out to install a propane line. He, Richard, Matt, and Will all got the job done in a timely manner and during the extreme heat we have been experiencing lately. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and kept us posted every step of the way. We will definitely work with Goettl of Austin again! Thank you!
On time, efficient, and very courteous team members! Our 2 year old wanted everything to do with the guys helping us from service, sales and install. Each one of them was very patient and kindly engaged with him. Job said it would take 8-9 hours and our brand new furnace/AC, and new insulation was installed in only 6 hours. Will hire again if ever needed!!
Always great service - Jackson was punctual, efficient & completed a thorough assessment and repair of the HVAC issue. Goettl made the experience easy from start to finish which is much appreciated during the current heat wave.
