Awesome customer service, better than most locations. Yadira did a great job on assisting me, she was very professional and helpful. She took the time and effort to resolve my issue, unlike the others I’ve spoke to where they just either hung up or transferred my call to someone else. Thank you very much!
Does anyone answer the phone? Any time I've called it goes straight to hold and never gets answered. Will change rating if acknowledged

I needed a case of filters for my AC and the big box stores weren't stocking my filters in case quantities. Ferguson HVAC Supply had my filters for $6.60 each in a case of 12 vs Home Depot @ $16.97 each. Although their business is the HVAC trade, they had no problem in selling to the general public. They were friendly and competent.
Totally recommend this place ,they always help me with all my hvac parts and equipment. Totalmente recomendable ,muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar.
My condenser fan motor was no longer working. Edwin helped me find a new run cap and also a new motor. He was super friendly and helpful.

I swear this is the best place to go. As well, the north Ferguson is just as good. The employees are down to earth and are blue collars too. They are friendly, their store is clean, and every 4th Friday of the month they bring in homemade breakfast tacos. I like RMI, but Ferguson is better.
