Daniel’s was a key resource to address our water heater leak. They rescheduled to get someone out in the same day and Chris was extremely communicative and courteous. He did a great job and we are looking forward to using Daniel’s again!
Came out the day I called and fixed our air conditioner. Very knowledgeable and we are so thankful to have cool air again. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience, will definitely use Daniel’s yearly! I am a first time home buyer and this summer is my first time dealing with major AC issues. It’s definitely important to me to educate myself on home appliances and repairs, how to maintain them, how they function etc. It’s also important to me to know trusted and knowledgeable individuals who can assist when things don’t work. Philip was amazing!!! Very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues as well as the best ways to maintenance my AC system. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Everyone at Daniel's was so nice and helpful. Ty was friendly and professional. He was respectful of my home and got my AC running again in a short time. Will definitely use their services when II need another repair.
Eli and his associate when above and beyond the scope of the job. They're really knowledgeable & professional in their work. They'll explain everything for you in regards to plumbing. Excellent!
They were quickly available and sent out the very best technician. Neco was professional, and kind. Worked extremely hard for over five hours to make sure that my AC worked by the end of the day. We had been been without AC for two days in over 100° weather. Neco did his due diligence check every aspect and made sure all the problems where resolved. Even though he had worked all day in the heat he went the extra mile to make sure there were no hiccups. As well he was great with my animals and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend requesting Neco. I was very impressed. A company is only as good as the employees that they provide Neco is a solid reputation of there quality. Above and beyond Highly recommend. Very Professional And very personable

Barnaby was great! His assessment of what was needed was on point and his positive attitude made working with him enjoyable.
They told me about a $280 fee charged to diagnose a problem that would go towards my repair if I agreed to it 15 minutes before they showed up. That’s on top of the $49 evaluation fee just to see if they can get it lit without doing any actual work. Agreed to the $49 only to have him tell me within minutes of him arriving that he can’t get the pilot light to stay lit either and the repair for a thermocouples would be $1k. Fastest and most dishonest way to lose $50. Will not be using this team again. *update - a manager reached out after my poor experience (Darrell) and took care of the issue. He sent out Chris who did an excellent job and was able to quickly fix the issue. Wish that was my first experience but glad they righted their wrongs.
Very professional , on time and answered all questions and Neco the technician was sure before he left everything was working and he was a very nice person ! For sure I will call if I have other issues .
Within the past month we had our whole air conditioning system replaced by Daniel's and someone come to fix an issue with the pump that transfers water from the inside unit, out of the house. The installation was great but I previously left a negative review regarding the latter because of the time it took to get a technician to respond. The service manager Martin has responded to that review and is addressing all of the problems to our satisfaction. It shows us that Daniel's really cares about their long time customers.
I would like to give out a huge thank you to Martin the service manager and Berny the installer for installing my new AC system and making things right. Martin was very honest and upfront with me with everything during this whole process he showed leadership, true technical skill and above all respect that goes a long way with me being ex-military and a disabled veteran. Daniel's plumbing has always done me right from installing my entire HVAC system including ducking and to installing all brand new gas lines even putting in a sewer line from my house to the city sewer you guys are absolutely amazing and I want to thank you
