The owner is very responsive and very helpful.
My evaporator coil and pan rusted over and needed to be replaced and two other companies tried their hardest to sell me an entirely new system. Without taking any measurements they claimed the entire furnace would need to be pulled out for the job and I was better off replacing the entire system due to cost and the phasing out of the old refrigerant. David and his guys actually took measurements and determined they could do it without pulling it out and quoted me 50% less than the other companies. On top of that the Goodman evaporator coil he got me supports both types of refrigerants! Will never use any other hvac company as long as I’m in Austin. It’s hard to find honest people these days.
I appreciated that David gave me a good option to extend the longevity of my fifteen year old R22 system with a forward-compatible repair. He and his team are quite busy at this time of year but I was happy to have my system fixed in just a few days.
David and his crew were amazing!! They worked fast and were super friendly and helpful. I’m thrilled to have a brand new AC system heading into this hot Texas summer!! Couldn’t recommend them enough!!
