Mike and the Citywide family have taken care of my family for over a decade! Thanks Citywide!
Citywide services had a crew next door installing a neighbors new AC unit. I needed a new cleanout installed, saw the truck, and asked for a quote. It turns out the owner Mike G was there, who gave me a quote. They did the work. There was nothing hidden, no surprises, and no additional work. However the bill I received a few days later was 35% more than the quote. The work was satisfactory, but the surprise on the bill after work is done is not a good way to run a business.
This is the 3rd time we have used Citywide for HVAC issues and they have been great every time! Of course on a Sunday of record heat, we woke up to a warm house. Called Citywide at about 10am and was told they would be able to get a tech out between 2pm and 4pm and that they would call around 30 minutes before arrival. They called about 12:15 that they were about 10 minutes away. He had it fixed in about 15 minutes! He was very friendly and professional, and gave us some tips of things to check in the future. Highly recommended!

This guy comes out on Father’s Day and fixes our unit in just a couple minutes. He’s super nice, super honest, super fast. God Bless America!
Being as brief as possible, this review is specific to the company's representatives general business practices in regard to their lack of tech schedule tracking and lack of customer courtesy calls or callbacks when tech are delayed. I am not questioning the company's techs ability to resolve issues. I scheduled a week in advance for service between 10-Noon. On day of service, I received no status or courtesy calls when the Noon hr went by. Knowing it is the start of peak season for AC issues and that unforeseen issues can occur, I was patient. At 12:15, I called and they didn't know whom I was and would call me back with a status. 45 mins later, I called again they said I was next on the schedule and would be there before 2:30pm. Again, 2:30pm rolls by without a courtesy or status call. I patiently waited until 3:49pm and called them again, they said they would check with their techs and called me back at 4:30pm saying they are still trying to reach their techs for a status. I waited for a callback until 5:45pm before I had to call them again to inform them I had to cancel due to other scheduled family obligations to which I had delayed for over 6hrs. After a full day of my patience and understanding, their response was literally, "Ok" click. There was no apology or attempt to reschedule at my nearest convenience. To all future customers, this company's representatives have no loyalty or general concern to some of it's customers. For those that have had great experiences with this company, I am happy to hear that you were on the good end of the stick. In my particular case, I was inconvenienced for several hours and then cast aside without any consideration. I truly hope future and existing customers get a better experience than mine. Thank you.
April 22, 2022. This is another five star excellent review for Citywide Services. Tim and Bill did a great job. They removed a monster old (before 1988) dishwasher that I had tiled in. They were able to get this monster out and hauled away. Covered hole with duckboard until I can have shelves made. Duckboard is excellent. Will keep out air from outdoors. The two technicians Tim and Bill were experts at what they do. They are personable and professional. The cost was better than competitive. I recommend Citywide Services! Thank you again Citywide Services ________________________________________ January 2022 City Wide Services did a miracle job of removing a 1957 built in whole house fan that was in the attic floor and hallway ceiling. They had to actually saw away the frame to remove that monster fan. They are experts who solved that unexpected problem of being built in by a wooden frame right on the job. They cleaned up beautifully afterwards too. The people are friendly, professional, experts at what they do. I’ll be call them for any electrical and plumbing needs. They are awesome. The cost … even with the extra work… was what they had quoted … worth every cent. Thank you to City Wide Services … HONEST and EXPERTS
I've had the opportunity of working with CityWide on three occasions over this past summer and they have failed to disappoint me. Not only have they had better response times, but they get the job done and are affordable. They've worked on my building's HVAC units and just now helped me with a plumbing job. I truly recommend them for anyone and everyone!
An honest and professional experience!! Mike and Jacob quickly responded to a bad AC unit in the middle of summer heat. They where honest and up front with the service and pricing also worked quickly to get my home cooling again. We had Alex and Mike install a new hot water heater last week. We’ve used them before for A/C duct work and service but it hit me this time on how punctual, thorough and upfront they are. They’re friendly folks as well. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend Citywide. On a holiday weekend Mike & Jake showed up on time to install a new water heater at our house. Exceptionally efficient, professional and friendly, they made the process easy and we're happily back to hot showers. We won't hesitate to call on Citywide in the future. Alex was great, he was super responsive, professional and took a lot of pride in his work. At the end of the job I did ask him about my first floor and second floor temperature differences, he offered to look in the attic and found an air leak and fixed it. I will absolutely use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone. Hard to find up front and honest companies these days. Thanks a lot Alex and Citywide Services team.
Mike and his crew were attentive and communicated well. When buying an AC it’s clearly a big decision with little clear information to draw from. Heard about Citywide from a friend and after my experience I understand why my friend suggested their service. For me, it was an informative experience and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. The AC industry is riddled with jargon that can be complicated and leaves you confused. Jacob was able to explain our new system and break down the need to knows. If you’re looking for a company with decades of experience, care about your air conditioning needs and technicians you can trust.. Look no further. These guys are the real deal.

Citywide was able to provide same-day service (a longshot in Texas summers), communicated clearly the expected time window and showed up when they said they would. Jake and his partner immediately identified the issue and moved to resolve it with no double talk or upselling. Completed the job and a visual inspection quickly, talked me through my issue, gave some great maintenance advice -- all at a reasonable price. Citywide is my new go-to for not only HVAC, but any home service issue I encounter. Highly recommended.
I recommend City Wide! My older unit went out and I called all the big names in town, got 5 different opinions on repair. When I finally got to City Wide, who came recommended by a friend, I felt that he knew what he was doing, and I felt comfortable with the recommended repair approach. Mike, the owner, and his crew were good people. My AC works great now. Thank you City Wide!!!
I had a power issue that I though was generated by a faulty breaker. I replaced the breaker myself and was still having an issue. I called to schedule an appointment and was given a reasonable date later in the week as it was a holiday weekend. Mike called me and came out on a holiday Monday to help. I was not home so my wife Facetimed me in order to consult with Mike. He checked my work in the breaker box and confirmed I wired the breaker correctly and that power was accurately getting to the breaker. He then proceeded to check an additional GFI on an outlet in the garage. with a simple click, everything was back on. I was embarrassed not to know the fix was so simple and skip this step in my troubleshooting. Mike did not rub my oversight in and after solving the problem did not even charge us!! We have used these guys since we moved into this house 5 years ago and we will continue to be loyal to them. Mike, thanks again for your service.
I have been using Citywide for a number of years, and they always do an excellent job. I recently needed to replace an old unit in a new house I bought. I called Citywide in the morning, Jake came out later that day, and the next day it was installed. The price was great and Jake made the entire process very easy. I couldn't recommend them more and will always use them for any HVAC needs.
