Great service from my first call to request a service check (Service Technician Michael) and placing the order for the new unit with Eddie Montalvo. Go Green wasn’t pushy about selling me something I didn’t need, totally professional personnel. Everyone from the AC Technicians (installers) Jesus Panduro and Hernan Hernandez to Eddie Montalvo (Home Comfort Advisor) are total professionals! The job took about 6 hours. Everyone communicated well and my new unit was installed effortlessly. They covered my carpet so that they wouldn’t track dirt everywhere and used booties for their shoes. What I really liked was that everyone double-checked all their work and made sure it was perfect. I give them 5 stars for their professionalism, courtesy and communication. !!!!UPDATE!!!! It's been 4 years and the system is running like a beast! Today is 7/6/2023, I'm adding this additional information about the 2X a year annual (summer and winter) check. My wife and I joined the Champion AC & Plumbing "Shield Membership" (Thank you to Amy Abernethy!) Awesome deal!!! Frank Barbera, Certified Technician completed the maintenance check and did a fantastic job! Frank is professional, courteous and very prompt. I received my invoice which included detailed information, including pictures of my AC outdoor unit with the readings on the tools Frank used and a check off sheet showing what was completed. Love this!
Francisco did a great job for me. He is clearly very knowledgeable and capable A/C technician. He identified my problem and tried a couple of possible fixes before he declared my system was not reparable. He is easy to work with and I recommend him 100%.
Yes everything was fine. Alex has excellent customer service and very knowledgeable, especially with my old system which is about 40+ yrs old. He's patience and very responsive to my concerns. Great attitude.Thank y'all.
Mickey was very personable and professional when he prepared an estimate on replacing a PRV valve that’s causing low water pressure in our house. He is highly knowledgeable and intelligent.
Called Champion with disposal issue. Scheduled appointment for next day. Service running a little behind but office called to notify and verify times. Thomas Amstutz showed exactly when expected. Great, fast work and had replacement in truck!! Problem solved! Great work Champion Plumbing!!
I’ve had a terrible a/c unit that’s about 11yrs old and Benji, my amazing technician, is now out here for the third time to work on it. He communicates the whole time what he’s doing, what he thinks the problem is, and the costs. The offices are always friendly and I get texts and emails immediately when I set up appointments. I will definitely recommend and use them again…but specifically Benji for my house.
Kevin, Fransisco and the whole team were excellent. They responded faster than any other company when our AC wasn’t working and took care of everything.

Mickey did a great job diagnosing and providing a professional service for the water pressure issue at my property. He was thorough in fixing the issue at the root cause and being transparent about the process the whole way.
The plumbers were on time, very competent and delightful people. They replaced a very old faucet in one of my beds and re-engineered it so it is easier to access it and put a different handle on it that makes it easier for me. Highly recommend.
Okay Champion AC is awesome. Our unit went out on Saturday and they got someone out to my property the next morning. Fransisco was so helpful and professional! We definitely will be using AC champion again.
Couldn't be happier with Benji at Champion AC who responded to a late night emergency AC issue in the middle of a heat wave! We were back to being cooled in less than 3 hours from when we noticed the problem. So impressed with the pictures documenting the issue/repair & Benji's professionalism & skill. We are grateful & will definitely use them again!
Simple capacitor replacement and charged over $500. Read all the reviews and was excited to try. On Yelp there are more reviews on overcharging. Missed those. Most people take it as a lesson learned. Also pushed monthly maintenance fee and financing option of 9.9% for compressor and furnace replacement. In process of getting quotes and charging double of other companies with similar services.
Our AC went out overnight on a Thursday night, so we woke up Friday morning to 80 degrees in the house with high temp for the day over 100. I called a lot of places and "Monday at the earliest" was the best answer I got. (Several places told me 2-3 weeks!) Then I called Champion and they had someone out to the house in under 3 hours! Benji was prompt, professional, and very polite. He was very communicative with me about the issue and costs. He had our AC working again within an hour. So thankful that they were able to get someone out so quickly and he was able to resolve our issue. They've definitely earned my business!
Benji Hernandez was our technician and he really did a good job. He got here quickly, immediately diagnosed the issue with our A/C, fixed it, and then did a thorough inspection of our system. He was courteous and professional, and I highly recommend him.

Scott came out and was THE BEST. What a nice guy. He drove 40 mins to us and our issue was a water softener instead of the water heater and he was so kind and got us another person dispatched immediately. I will use him for all of my future services.
