Excellent service every time! I was blown away with how dirty and impacted our mini split system was (the water was black with chunks of gunk, eek!)!! Sonny was able to get it cleaned out like new and the air is fresh again! Thank you guys for taking pride in your work and helping us stay healthy and care for our a/c system. Highly recommend!!!

I called and left a message on a Sunday and a rep from Austin’s Green AC called me back that same day to set up an appointment on Monday. Sonny, their technician showed up on time, was friendly and helpful and very service and customer oriented. He explained what he was doing, suggested service options, and was extremely helpful in helping me decide what made the most sense for my situation and budget Super pro. Super helpful.
Sonny came out for an AC tune-up and could not have been more courteous. He took the time to explain everything he was doing so that was a plus. Glad I went with Austin Green Air when I had my unit replaced.
Have used Green Air for home and office. They are courteous, responsive and reasonably priced. When things don't go as planned they make sure to communicate. Our shop units needed a bit more TLC this time around and was a bit complicated, but the tech. Sonny, was as professional as we could ask.
Small enough company to give you personalized attention and service. Enough horsepower to respond very fast to emergencies ( there are a lot of them in Austin pertaining to AC systems) . I never feel like I am being overcharged because a service call may spill over into weekend or late in the day: they just get the job done. I love using this company and depend on them.
