Despite the heatwave, Brian made sure he sent us his best tech to fix the broken machines and make sure the not broken machines were ready for what summer has in store. Would highly recommend for any commercial job.

Friendly, professional, prompt, reasonable and very guick. We had both inside snd outside units replaced. Called them on tuesday than Terry came out on Wednesday to assess the problem. Friday had the hvac put in in about 4 hours. Live there service

Having to deal with a company making five (5) visits for the same issue and having them tell you there’s nothing wrong with your unit. I had to get aggressive and ask for another company to do a full inspection on my Heating unit. On March 17th Brian with Austin Refrigeration and A/C reached out to schedule his technician come out to check the system. After a thorough inspection, they found that the unit had to be replaced. Brian started the process of finding another unit and kept me updated up to the point of delivery. On April 10th Brian called to let me know that the unit had arrived and scheduled the install for later that day. The installers showed up an hour before their scheduled arrival and the installation was completed within two hours. I could give 10 stars for Austin Refrigeration an A/C based on their professionalism, respectability and genuine commitment/concerns to their customers.
Got my A/C installed really quick and at a cheaper price than anybody else who quoted me. Gonzalo and his guys worked really hard for my family, I will use Austin Refrigeration in the future.

Austin Refrigeration risked their lives to come get my heater running, no joke. They came out in a literal ice storm to restore the heat in my home. We've never even used them before but they came out in an emergency regardless. My family and I will never forget what they did for us and we are now customers for life.
Two things you should know about me: I'm a joke collector and I love having functioning HVAC in my home. Not only did Austin Refrigeration get my problem fixed SAME DAY, but the guy on the phone I booked my appointment told me a joke I had never heard before. These guys are great, I will always and forever use Austin Refrigeration for any air conditioning problems I have.
So not only did they show up late on a Friday, but they got my heater running! Mark was super professional and I may be an ice cube right now if it wasn't for him and all the others over at Austin Refrigeration. They're my go to guys for sure!

Austin Refrigeration LLC is wonderful! I needed to have my A/C unit checked due to not cooling my upstairs. They came when they said they would and was very efficient, narrowing the issue down quickly. While working on the unit, he kept me informed with what he was seeing and what he was doing along with a few tips/tricks on lowering my electric bill while increasing my AC output. While knowing my way around some basic household repairing, the info they provided was clear and easy to follow along with learning something new to keep my house in shape. The business is class, the people and work are great, and i will be referring them to everyone I know!
