This is our second time with Alamo and we’ve been super happy both times. They’ve been kind, responsive, respectful, and have also helped us save money on our repairs. Love these folks!
Extremely fast response. The price was right! Jason was extremely knowledgeable when he came over for the estimate. Gave us tips on how to keep house cool even before we did our replacement. When we finally did the replacement the install was fast and Kevin and team were awesome. Highly recommend!
We've used Alamo twice now, once to fix our old AC unit and once to do a complete upgrade. They were awesome both times! Quick, thorough, friendly, and explained everything along the way. They even sent a hand written thank you note after installing our new AC system. We received several quotes from other companies that were somehow more expensive and less communicative. Alamo was the easy choice! We will definitely be using Alamo for all our future AC needs.
Ivan came out to diagnose and repair my A/C issue and got it working fast. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I am thankful for the great service. Overall great experience!
I needed a whole new system. They answered all of my questions and put in a new carrier system. Installers were very nice and showed me everything I needed to do to keep my system working . I will definitely recommend them to my community.

The Alamo Air team is very knowledgeable about residential HVAC, humidity control, and air quality issues, and they answered all of my questions provided relevant recommendations. Alamo's installation team was prompt and professional, and they did a great job replacing my old HVAC system and adding a ventilating dehumidifier. I would happily use Alamo Air again in the future.
I requested estimates from several companies. Jason was by far the most thorough and kind in walking through everything and talking me through the details, never once making me feel pressured for time or with a sales pitch. Although I ended up going with another company (that sells a slightly less premium brand), I would trust Jason & co with all my HVAC needs.
Jason and his team installed a ductless mini split system in our home. Throughout the process they were communicative, very easy to work with, and punctual. After speaking with three separate companies it was clear that Jason not only offer the most reasonable pricing, but was very thoughtful about the best possible way to install. His team got the job done in a single day and we're very happy we chose to work with Alamo!
I loved how professional and how honest they were. Adrian came to do a repair on my old ac and got it working even tho I was in the process of getting a quote for a whole new ac. Jason came out and looked at everything and took measurements of everything to get me a quote for a new ac system same day. Kevin and Logan installed my whole new unit. 10/10 would recommend this company. I already referred a co worker to them as well!
I chose Alamo Austin Air because of their high google ratings, and these guys did not disappoint me. The scheduler is very friendly and worked with me since i came in from out of town. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and fixed my unit in about 40 minutes. All it really needed was a bit of maintenance, while others were telling me I needed to start thinking about replacing my AC unit. Totally recommend them!
We had a wonderful experience replacing our hvac with Alamo Austin Air! Everyone on their team was very knowledgeable and considerate. Jason explained all our options, while the other companies just took pictures and left or only showed us the most high-end options. We had a prompt installation and the team made sure to properly install everything up to code.
We are very happy with the A/C system replacement. The installation crew was prompt, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. They didn’t cut corners: replaced the pad, electric hookups, and drain line. The owner is also very congenial, helpful, and knowledgeable, and does the estimates and walkthroughs himself. Highly recommend to give them your business! Thanks to the whole team!
Great service, very professional & got the job done well & quickly. Pricing was a little lower than others we received quotes from, but the major selling point was that they could offer 0% financing. With having to unexpectedly replace our entire system, replace ducts, & have the attic insulated, the financing was a lifesaver!
Ivan was so thorough and knowledgeable that he knew the problem and how to fix it very quickly! The company kept me up to date on the repair date and time, and got it fixed! Other companies quoted more than double or went MIA after the initial assessment, I appreciate the good work Alamo does! Extremely satisfied.

A++ Jason thoroughly explained why our system wasn’t working properly, and recommended changes. His team was on time, worked effectively, cleaned up as they went, explained what they were doing and why. I certainly recommend Alamo Austin Air to anyone needing the work they do.
Chris did an awesome job installing our new HVAC system and fixing out leaking ductwork. The crew were very professional and took care t explain the new system to us.
Matt and Kevin replaced both the indoor and outdoor equipment supplying heating and cooling to the upstairs area of my house. They pre-announced their arrival via phone and text, they arrived on schedule, they introduced themselves cordially and professionally, and they asked to see all of the areas they'd be working in. They put down floor and carpet protection without my asking, explained everything they were going to need to do, and then got to work. Several hours later all of the new gear was in place, everything was cleaned up, packing materials were taken away, and the guys took great pains to explain the details of financing and the operation of the new gear. The entire experience was a pleasure. Matt and Kevin - and Adrian, on the occasions he has come to either repair things or do preventative maintenance - are pleasant, focused, obviously highly skilled, and conscientious. This is a first-rate organization, one that I recommend without reservation.
Jason and his team provide excellent customer service and quality. From the initial estimate, I could tell the were thorough and dedicated to customer satisfaction. During the installation of the new HVAC system, they were professional, careful of the interior of my house, and did a thorough clean up. Highly recommend!
