When he arrived informed him that previous company came by already diagnosing a/c unit being done and requiring a complete replacement and wanted to see what estimate I could get. He proceeded to check everything. Charge me $89 for service and diagnostic informing me what I already knew and told him. Visit was less than 15 mins. A/C had been out two days at that point. I was hot, working from home, having multiple people come providing me estimates, with no service charge by the way, could not keep up with who was coming f and going. Unfortunate

I can’t say enough good things about Mike and Aircom. Quality- Mike is a perfectionist and his attention to detail shows it. A good install job is as important as a good system. Mike does it correctly. Value - Aircom’s prices are VERY competitive but they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I just had an AC system installed and he beat the other company by a large margin for a better system. I asked him about a “high tech” thermostat and instead of selling me one he talked about the cost/benefit and I ended up not needing one. He easily could have sold me one but didn’t. Scheduling - he fit me in his schedule to come take a look at my broken unit and showed up on time this morning for the install. Give Aircom a call. You won’t be sorry you did.
Mike and all the staff at Aircom are our go-to air quality control problem solvers for the past 25 years. We recently discovered a difficult to treat mold problem in our house. He worked tirelessly, as he always does, to find the solution to the disgusting mold. He's like a family member in his friendly and genuine caring.

Mike and company provided excellent replacement of our 30 year old AC system with a new American Standard Silver Series unit. This included a new attic furnace, replacing all accessible attic duct work and install all new copper plumbing, making our system as modern, and as good as it gets. We are saving more the 25% in summer electric bills too, and staying much more comfortable. Aircom were there on time every day, cleaned up each day, and always worked in good spirits, keeping us advised of all issues. We have had zero problems with the new equipment. I am thankful I called Mike and Aircom. Worked out great. Love the new system.
Very poor service!!! A/C had bad compressor and he said it was too much freon. Quit working 30 minutes after he left, He refused to come back and replace compressor. His company is linked with Fidelity National Home Warranty. If you have their policy, this is who they send out to you!!
We have used AIRCOM many times for our house and investment properties, they are experts on their field, always on time and very professional. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I have been using Aircom exclusively for almost 2 years now. Mike is always very expedient with returning my calls and has the work completed within 24-48 hours. He even helps me during the weekends when it is freezing and our heater goes out.. ;-) I have also referred them to very close personal friends who he went out and helped on the same night. I own 5 properties right now and Mike with Aicom has serviced every one of them!
Aircom Air Conditioning & Heating has been taking care of my home, and our domestic animal sanctuary, for 13 years. Mr. Zarchi is a genius who installed a complete air conditioning system for us, complete with all duct work and vents, near the ceiling of a double wide motor home, as the duct work under the home was trashed by wild animals. His engineering knowledge and skills are tremendous. However, my favorite thing about Aircom is the kindness and friendliness shown to me by owners, Mr. and Mrs. Zarchi, and their entire crew. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who own and work for Aircom.

Aircom has been providing AC/ Heating repair for us for the last 10 years. They have always been quick to respond even on weekends or holidays. They provide an honest service at a good price, we have never felt that we are being overcharged. I recommend Aircom for commercial or residential service as I have used them for both.
