Initial install was fixed and they since also fixed a blown fuse. In the end, I thought air pro acted professionally
I called Air Pro under the impression that my AC had gone out. The technician found that the electric to the house was not getting enough voltage. The owner of Air Pro went out of his way to help me through the process of calling the electric company in order to cut off the power, as well as put me in contact with an electrician. I greatly appreciate his time and help. Thank you!!
My AC went out in my rental home while outside temperatures exceeded 100 degrees, leaving the inside of the home at 95. I called Air Pro and they responded promptly. The technician, Roger, not only found the problem and fixed it, but did so with a very professional and friendly demeanor. Overall, they do quality work with very reasonable pricing.
These guys installed our ac system 5yrs ago and never have time to make a service call. I have been forced to use a more local company and now air pro won't reimburse me for the repairs they made even though they said that they would.
We called AC Pro today and they arrived within a couple of hours. He worked quickly and fixed us up right away! So grateful for their help!! We own a manufactured home and we were being turned away by other companies.
After about a week of dealing with another company, I contacted Air Pro. They had my AC replaced in 3 days. Jose was the 1st to come out and explain to me what exactly was wrong with my system. Amanda worked diligently to make sure everything was in order so that we could get the parts needed ASAP. She was so patient and kind and super understanding a true angel. Roger came out and installed the unit he was on time , professional and efficient. Now I know if I have any AC issues in the future I will most definitely be contacting Air Pro!

Very unprofessional employees. I called yesterday to get my recently installed furnace looked at. The female employee that answered the phone "Amanda" was so RUDE! she was talking over me and couldn't explain what was going on with my furnace, she then put me on hold without telling me. After she left me speak I explain that my heater was blowing warm air and wanted to have looked at because it was recently installed and wanted to see it was working properly before winter approached. I asked her if there was going to be a fee and she said no because it came with one year guarantee to come and look and to fix it if there was a problem and a 10 year guarantee for parts with the manufacture. Amanda told me that she was going to put me on the schedule for that same day or the next day. I was waiting for them to call me before they showed up so I could off known when to expect them. They showed up that same day at 7:30 pm, without calling or anything. The technician checked my furnace unit and said it was working properly, so they left. 20 min after they left, they came back to tell that I needed to pay for the service call because nothing was wrong with my furnace. The technician Marvin said that per his boss I was supposed to pay the service call $89.99 but since they were already in route doing calls I had to pay $40, I thought it was so weird so I told Marvin that I was going to call in the AM to see what was going on. I called this morning asking to speak to their billing dept or customer service to dispute a charge. This RUDE! Amanda person answer the phone again like always being RUDE! and speaking over me and not letting me explain the situation, so she was upset for no reason even do I was trying to voice my concern nicely. After getting tired of speaking to me and cutting me off she was like "don't worry about it" which confused me even more. I responded "wow you are so rude" and she responded back "so are you" and hanged the phone up on me, which doesn't
Terrible drivers! One of them cut me off going 60+ so they wouldn’t miss their exit. I’m floored at the disregard for my 3 children’s lives. Seriously!

Ac unit was installed by airpro a little over a year ago. I assumed it was under warranty when i called to have someone come look at it since it was not cooling properly, i was never told warranty expired I even talked to a couple of people prior to having someone come out to my house. After tech was done then asked "did they tell you about the service charge for coming out?" Not once was it mentioned to me that there would be a service charge and when i mentioned it to whoever called to collect payment she was very dismissive and rude. any other company i have used in the past has given the common courtesy to let you know if and around how much it will be to just come out and look at your problem, and give you the opportunity to find better pricing and options. Will not be calling them for any future issues!
These people were hired by the builder of the home that I bought and I've had nothing but problems since it was installed. Originally it had freezing up issues, and like somebody else said in their review they cut a new are opening to allow more airflow in. That did stop the freezing for a while. Then it started back up again and they replaced the coil. Immediately after they replaced the coil it started flooding the bottom of my house and would cause the air duct to come off due to being full of water, we would be stuck without air conditioning at the hottest part of the summer due to this. This happened three different times and every time they would come out and reattach the air duct but never fix the real issue. Each of those times the filters were clean. Then it started to flood the inside of my house. I called them and because the filters were not as clean as they would like them to be( this time) they tried to blame it on my filters (despite the fact that it had been a reoccurring issue, and they had been out multiple other times when the filters were clean and it was never addressed.) Then to top it off they told me that they were going to make me pay for the service call because they believed that this time it was the filters! Even though it had been happening since the unit was installed and the filters were clean every other single time!! I can agree with what most people have said which is that the staff are nice but good community service doesn't stop at the person being nice, the people actually have to be competent enough to do their job. Do not take the risk of using this company, you will sorely regret it, in fact I wouldn't doubt it if the good reviews on here are actually the people that work there trying to help out their rating. I'm having to contact a different air conditioning company to come and see what's going on because these guys don't know what they're doing. Do not use this company, it's not worth taking the risk.
