I had a great first time experience with Abacus. I was trying to get a quote on installing a Tesla wall charger. The technician they sent out, Gabe was really knowledgeable, thorough with the inspection, and provided me with multiple options. Overall, Gabe was a pleasure to work with!
Alex Zuniga was wonderful! He is an extremely polite, knowledgeable and personable young man. He hung all four of my fans and was very responsive to my questions. I vote for Alex Zuniga for Employee of the Year!
Dillon was professional, and demonstrated excellent product knowledge. Provided me with a complete oversight and detailed explanation of the failure. Highly recommend.

Alex went above and beyond to fix our lights! It started with one light switch and as we spoke I realized there were more that had the same problem which he graciously looked at and repaired. He also looked at our refrigerator light which has been flickering and looked up information about repairs for me which was so kind. Now we have new light switches that stay on properly and will look into appliance repair for the refrigerator light. Thank you so much to Alex for his great help!!
AC was down on a Sunday night at 9pm. Called Abacus and somebody actually answered the phone! They had a service tech out first thing the next morning who had our system up and running in less then an hour. They didn’t try to upsell me and were straightforward with thier assessment and estimate. The service tech was polite and very professional. I will be using Abacus for all my future homeowner emergencies!
Professionals at what they do. Remedied my plumbing issues and had a quote for future work before they drove away. On time, communicative technicians. Great workmanship and customer service.
We contacted Abacus to come out and replace our faulty AC units. From the time Chris arrived to give us a quote, to Pedro and crew installing 2 days later, was a breeze. Once they were complete, everything was left as if they never arrived. Highly recommend!
6 Abacus Electrical technicians have been through my house and did an aluminum remediation to update my 1972 house. WOW!!! It's fantastic. I feel safer and it adds a new look to my old house. GREAT JOB GUYS.
Alex was timely, very informative to what the problem was and what our options were to resolve it was. Alex was patient while I communicated with my spouse who was not physically present and allowed us to make a decision. Alex was friendly and professional and made a stressful better.
This week, a lady named Kathryn came to our house to check our A/C. She told my husband they were the most expensive company, but the reason why people pay that extra money is because of the great service and warranty they offer.... well... they didn’t have the dignity to even send the estimate for A/C replacement... Not only that, when my husband was checking the A/C after she left he noticed she left screws on the floor without putting them back where they were....There's not much to say... we'll definitely find a more reliable company....

Despite the pain of needing a new unit sooner rather than later, I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The tech (Erick) was outstanding. Professional, super knowledgeable and zero pressure tactics. We will use Abacus to install the new unit within the next year. Highly recommend.
Awesome customer service and reliable! Took the time to evaluate and explain the issues with my unit, instead of wasting money on fixing a old out dated unit, provided his experience sales team to give me options for a new unit with a lifetime warranty. Can you say awesome!
Just used abacus for a very minor plumbing repair that I thought was going to be more extensive. I had a leaking hose bib and had it on my to do list for way too long. I had been meaning to DIY, but it kept getting blown off so I finally caved and called the pros. The scheduling was very easy and everyone I spoke to was super nice. The plumber who visited was very friendly and cordial. I have no complaints with the staff or the service. The reason for the 3 stars is the price. They charged $250.00 to replace one hose bib. If I had only known just how simple it was, I definitely would have done it myself. It literally took the plumber less than 5 minutes to shut off the water, and replace the hose bib. 5 minutes of work, a $15 part, and max 20 minutes of travel time cost $250.00. It took the plumber longer to collect payment on his Ipad than it took him to perform the repair. I made a huge mistake accepting the estimate, and that's on me, but its still crazy that they charge this for such a simple repair. If they charge this for a 5 minute repair, what do they charge for something that takes hours? If you need to replace your hose bibs, just YouTube it and figure it out, it's not worth the mental anguish of losing $250 just to avoid doing 15 minutes of work. Learn from my mistake, make my $250 that went down the drain worth it.
Great company to deal with. They give you notice when the electric technician will show up. Alex Zuniga was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He gave me options to resolve the issue and got me back on track. Highly recommend.
Alex from Abacus was excellent in that he was prompt, friendly, and worked with me to find the best solution for my electrical needs, while being conscious of working within my budget. Highly recommend this company as the staff has all been amazing.
