Lee was very knowledgeable, communicative, and detail oriented. I needed my water tanks detached and reset so I could finish the floor coating in my garage. The office staff (Axel) was able to find an opening to take care of my last minute request. There’s a reason I use 1st Home & Commercial Services for all my HVAC and plumbing needs and will continue to do so. Give them a call!
Daniel and Anthony did an outstanding job triaging my HVAC problem when all other contractors were unavailable. They arrived promptly and were able to understand the problem right away. Our AC unit outdoors went out due to an electrical surge after a loud and aggressive storm last weekend. I had used 1st Home before and decided to give them a call as we had a 2 week old newborn at home that can’t handle hot temperatures. It was a weekend and 1st Home got back to me after calling their emergency line. Ryan was dispatched and showed up quickly. After a quick inspection, he found the issue and fixed it quickly. I was so thankful for Ryan and 1st Home and Commercial Services. Our AC starting kicking before it was time to go to bed and we all slept well that night knowing everything had been taken care of. I was so glad I called 1st Home and commercial services first and they’ll always be our first call again.

We've been using 1st for several years, from when they did extensive work due to a leaking pipe causing foundation heave to today installing a garbage disposal. Prompt, professional & courteous.
Olen and Lee were great. We had a water heater that fried up and they were able to come out and replace it quickly. They explained everything along the way and did a great job, overall.
I wish I could give 100 stars. Anthony the tech arrived promptly and saved us thousands on a quote we received from a different company. He was able to repair the water heater the other company said needed to be replaced. highly recommend .
The team was very responsive to schedule me in the next morning. Anthony did an excellent job helping to diagnose and fix a drain pipe leak. Everyone was super professional and friendly to work with!

Larry and Andrew were great. They were efficient and advised me of the options available and best recommendation for replacing the hot water heater. Everyone contacted at the company was above outstanding.
Ryan hill was our service tech and he was wonderful to work with. Not only did he save our entire weekend at our Vrbo with fixing the main cabin AC, he helped us jump our car and get it started which again saved us being able to drive 12 boys to a party. Thank you!
