Unfortunately our compressor went up and we called Jack Frost for repair. They arrived the same day and worked thoroughly on it to find the problem. Todd was very professional, kind and knowledgeable and explained the repair process. He showed up the next day (after getting the part we needed and on the weekend in the heat) and got it fixed and up and running again. Don stopped in to check it out and give a hand. We highly recommend Jack Frost for any repair you may need. Professional, courteous and fair prices. We will definitely use them again if ever need be. Thank you again Jack Frost!

Don came out on a busy Christmas Eve to fix our heat. He was very polite and did an excellent job and got us going in an efficient manner. I will continue to use Jack Frost in the future for any of my heating or air needs.
They have a very kind and thoughtful receptionist. Hired them for some maintenance, they showed up on time and were fast and friendly. We'll be using them again in the future.
We have used Jack Frost Heating and Air conditioning since moving to Sevier County. From when you call to schedule. To when the service guy arrives. They send you a text and email when there are on there way. We have always had friendly and knowledgeable service people . We highly recommend Jack Frost Heating and Air
Can't say I've had better service in a while. My family and I have used jack frost a handful of times now and they're always quick and efficient. They get the job done, clean up after themselves, and are super friendly. The more than fair prices are a huge plus too even on the emergency weekend services. Highly recommend them.

Unfortunately it was ridiculous! And it went on for 3 days. On day one they could not give me a time. And when I say time, I mean morning or afternoon. So I took the day off work to play the waiting game. The next day I called to tell them that I had not heard from anyone and to try to find a time for that day. This was at 10:00 a.m. the lady who answered the phone informed me that she hadn't made it to the office yet but she would call me as soon as she got there within just a few minutes. I waited for another hour and then called back at 11:00 a.m. she told me she didn't know what time anybody would be there but they were at the supply house. So I called someone else and had it fixed within 2 hours. She called me back the third day to let me know someone was on their way. I simply replied no thank you I had it fixed yesterday. And she couldn't believe that I was canceling her service. I mean seriously, can you believe that. It is 100% the truth.
Jack Frost did a great job in replacing our HVAC system and ductwork. Our old A/C had several parts that broke. In speaking with the technician, I decided I would rather replace the whole unit than trying to repair a 30 year old unit. We also had bad ductwork in our house, and we chose to have Jack Frost replace it. All the work was done in a timely manner, at a reasonable price. The new ductwork is a big improvement over the old ductwork, our whole house now receives a/c and heat as it should. I highly recommend using them for any HVAC issue.
Very professional drug free clean cut service men, Nice looking service fleet. I would trust them to do any service work etc while Im not home, if ever needed. My first choice in Sevier County when heating and air Service is needed. I always recommend I would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely worth It.
