These folks answer the phone and understand that they are in a business that deals with emergencies. They will try to get you help after hours and will stay in touch with you. Very professional guys on the work crew that will offer suggestions if needed and get the job done. We will not call anyone else when our cabin needs there services. Very relieved to find a company that has good old fashioned values and sticks to them with very fair prices on top of that. Call them first
Worked with them on an electrical project that involved them re-wiring one switch (which turned into 5, since my previous messing around had screwed something up). All that, and they still had a perfectly reasonable price, compared to some of the corporations around here. They also offer plumbing, and while I've yet to use their services for that, their plumbing representative was straightforward and very reasonable with their pricing as well, when asked for a quote for an upcoming project. Absolutely pleased to work with them, and would highly recommend!

Ambient is a great HVAC/Plumbing/Septic service. The one-stop shop makes it easy, and they always pickup and can manage the call. Highly recommend. They have been essential for the 2 rental cabins I manage in the area. I have used for many different issues, all resolved with Ambient.

I needed help on the weekend, could not use drains at all as they were backing up. Ambient was the only service willing to come out on a Saturday. I called late on Friday and was so glad speak with Jeanie who was so interested in my need and listened, was professional and courteous. On Saturday Cameron came out and opened up the drain, educated me and scheduled a pump truck for Monday. Chuck and Michael came out Monday, completed the job, again they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Got the job done fast, advised me of next steps. Spoke with Jessica to pay and she was also efficient, pleasant and helpful. I can't say enough about this company and all the staff.

We have been utilizing Ambient Services since early 2022, when we purchased our first cabin in Sevierville. They have saved our butts more than once when something stopped working either while we had a guest or one arriving soon. Ambient has NEVER let us down and we can always count on Lisa to coordinate their team flawlessly! We recently signed up for their ongoing service plan for our two cabins now and it has already more than paid for itself! We highly recommend Ambient services!
I had a burst pipe back in November. They came out on a Saturday pretty quick great job. I had a one-year warranty. The pipe burst today April 22nd 2023, I called and they came out today and replaced at no charge not even a service fee!! Which I would have paid. Thank you so much GREAT JOB!!! Honesty is a win win with me and it’s also good for business. You have my business from here on!!
We bought our condo in Pigeon Forge in November, 2022 and we knew the HVAC and water heater were original - about 21 years old - so we knew we were on borrowed time. When it started getting warm and the a/c went on, we discovered that the compressor was bad & needed to remedy the problem quickly. We live in Indiana, so it is more challenging, but everyone at Ambient was so helpful! Since it is a short term rental, they had a very tight time scheule to work with and were able to install a whole new HVAC and water heater and finish before our guests arrived! AND left the condo spotless, as if they had never been there!! Thank you so much for the excellent work and customer service!!!

I called ambient services at noon to schedule an appointment to have my septic tank pumped after calling around they seamed like the best option and extremely friendly they asked when I was available and I said all day they were here at 1:10 and when done I walked out had the cover back on and recovered the lid with dirt at no extra price. I highly recommend 10/10
Jacob and Ryan did a fantastic job with our water heater repair and installation of a new water heater (we have two). Professional and great service! Also, Lisa who we worked with to get on the schedule was awesome! We definitely recommend and will be using their services again. I learned they also do HVAC services which we will likely need in the future.
Great people to work with!!! Prompt,Honest, on time & very easy to work with. I've used them in the past for a variety of repairs. They just installed a new Carrier 96% efficient gas furnace with high efficient 16 SEER air conditioning system. I HIGHLY recommend them for the services they provide. They changed me $90 for doing nothing, by the time their employee made it to my place I already had my issue fixed. I was still charged because he basically touched my water heater and already told him I don’t need their services anymore because he was late.
We have used Ambient for almost 10 years. They have done heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing at two houses - installed furnaces, a heat pump/air conditioner, hot water tank, replaced a breaker box on hot water tank, cleared a major plugged drain, replaced a toilet, and changed a shower faucet. The customer service rep is very efficient and is quick to return our call. We have our heating and air conditioner service contract with them. When anyone asks us for a reference for these services Ambient is the company we recommend.
