Originally called for service on my AC. Tech that came out and diagnosed explained everything in detail and gave some great options to move forward with. I went with replacing the unit, so sales came out a couple of hours later. After discussing options and setting up the install, Chris and Patrick came out and did an outstanding job installing the new unit. Everyone I have spoken to with this company was very knowledgeable, and explained every step. The upfront pricing is a big plus!!
Tech was great and fast repair. Service call to my area was reasonable compared to other companies I called. So glad I called because they even came out on a Sunday to fix my issue. Can’t say enough good things! Thank you all so much.
Same day service, Sam was professional and prompt to diagnose the issue and fix.
Serviceman was prompt and kind. Never made a mess even though he was outside and in. Took pictures for validation and was easy to understand about his work. Did not do any unauthorized work. After listening to his advice did have a part replaced which saved me an additional service call later. this company has always done me right and the nicest gentlemen
Tech was on time and pleasant but I would warn all customers DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE. Their quote just for 7 lbs of refrigerant was $953.99. That is more than TRIPLE the other two quotes I received from other companies (~$300)...and the $953 didn't even include their labor! What??? Then, I called to cancel my 'maintenance plan' with them after that quote and the ~$350 quote to 'find my leak' and they said that I could pay $215 for the maintenance service itself or stay on the plan that includes 2 services per year for $276. What???? They call it the 'advantage' plan, I call it the 'take advantage' plan, because they are clearly trying to take advantage of home owners! Needless to say, I called another HVAC company and for $177, yes only $177 (including materials and labor), they found the leak...compared to the ~$350 quote from AireServ! At least that quote was only DOUBLE what others quoted :-) !!! What in the world!! I think the only thing they are Serving at AireServ is themselves!! I see this all the time in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area but this price gauging was so astronomical and more than anything I have ever encountered that I HAD to make sure I let everyone know so I can try and help avoid them taking advantage of the next person!!

They might do good work, the tech was on time, actually early, had everything he needed to dx and fix the issue but the charge was way to high. 1100.00 to put in 5lbs of freon was off the charts.
They came out the day I called. Part had to be ordered which took 5 days. On time, professional & thorough. Very pleased.

Nick set my appointment, very professional and informative and sent Emere, their technician out. He was on time and very educated in his profession. He serviced unit, replaced some parts and explained everything as he went. Very impressed with Emere. Prices were very fair, service was excellent. Very happy compared to other companies I’ve used.
Emre and Joey did a very through job, and were friendle, but prfessional. Were signed up for the premium membership maintenance plan as a result.
The ease of contact is professional and the quality is best when comparing other similar service contractors.

After the new system was installed on Friday, Saturday morning the furnace would not stay lit. Emre came out, found the problem and corrected it. As of today, Sunday, the system is working as it should.
Called AirServ at the end of the business day with a heating issue. Expected to be put on the call list for the next morning. Not with AirServ! The technician, Emre, arrived less than 2 hours after calling. Emre was knowledgeable, polite and very efficient. He had a replacement part with him and was able to fix our HVAC issues in record time. I really appreciated that the invoice was itemized and included a detailed description of the part and what the part does. The follow up call from the office was quick and easy. AirServ will definitely be our go-to service provider.
