I have been doing business with Universal Heating and Cooling for many years and have always received top-notch service. Mike is the best service tech in the business. He is always punctual, courteous and friendly. He explains any problems found and is expert in diagnosing and fixing the problems. And he does not recommend any unnecessary repairs or work. You can depend on his advice. Very quick and professional service. Called Universal early this morning because downstairs AC fan was not working. Sheila answered promptly and advised she could have a technician, Tim, out within several hours. Tim arrived within that time frame and diagnosed the problem as a faulty circuit breaker which he repaired quickly. He also inspected the unit to make sure everything was working properly. And the service charge was very reasonable.
This company and their technicians are great! They are reasonable, prompt and never try to upcharge us. The technicians go above and beyond to explain everything and to help you out. We highly recommend them!

They were the only service that answered when I called, they came out when they said they would, sent a pic of the tech so I knew who to expect, communicated politely and effectively throughout the entire process, and most importantly got the AC back on quickly at an extremely fair price. Everything you hope for and rarely get when hiring companies to do repairs. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

East to use their website. A person call me back shortly after booking the appointment to verify the details. The service person called to let us know he was on the way and he showed up on time. You can ask for more that that.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They have been great to do business with over the last couple of years. The staff who come out and the office staff are professional and polite. They tell me the name of the person who will be coming to my home. When the repair guy is on the way, I get a text with a picture of them in front of their truck, and a little blurb about that person. That is a little extra service that shows how customer minded they are. Would 100% recommend.
