HVAC systems are complex and mystifying. They generate lots of questions and good faith claims and promises. Over decades, I have not experienced such a team of solid, honest, thorough and professional technicians as Brian has assembled to meet my needs and fulfill every promise. BC is an extraordinary company. They simply will not disappoint.
Used this company several months ago when our heat and air went out. The guy that came got us up and running but chose to plop himself down on our brand new leather furniture in his dirty clothing while waiting on payment. Found it extremely unprofessional. Called yesterday at 8AM to let them know it had gone out again and the lady who answered said she would call me right back to see if someone could come out. She never called back. I called again at 1PM and left a message. Still have not gotten a return call. Guess they don't worry about any warranty work being completed. Called Merriman and they got me up and running within 2 hours. It was 50 degrees in my house but BC couldn't even return my call. Found it extremely rude and unprofessional. Just a call back saying no one could come would have been enough for me.
I am a retired HVAC professional and had problems with my Bryant Heat Pump blowing a low voltage fuse when heating. I tried finding the trouble but needed help, so I called Brian. He told me exactly where to look for the problem and was correct. He did not have to help me, but he did! They returned calls quickly and were very professional. My unit is nine years old and, at some point, will need to be replaced, and I plan to call B.C. HVAC Service.
Brian and the entire BC HVAC team are extremely professional and go far above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of and in a timely manner. I cannot speak highly enough of how much we appreciate them. Two days before the weather hit below 0°, the team installed an entirely new HVAC system with ducts in our home. They even came back to do a little extra work the next day and check the system out. So very grateful and will hire again and again.
You cannot go wrong with this guy! Had a new unit put in (2nd one, first one lasted 22years). Heat quit working last night and then started working again. With it being a new unit I did not know much about it. He called me back and we told him what happened with it and he explained in detail what might have happened. The owner, Brian knows his stuff! Now we know some things to look for and of course if and when I need him for a repair I know he will be here ASAP! He could have come to look at it and charged me but he did not, just told us what to do to prevent it from shutting off again. Good, honest guy too! Thanks BC HVAC!
Joey was a great guy and was very good at explaining what he did and answering all of our questions, and....My dogs liked him. This is the first time I have used B.C HVAC...I am very, very happy with their service.
Excellent service, professional, and rapid response. Brian gave me expert advice on what to do, even when it meant I was buying something less expensive. As long as these guys are in business I will be calling them first.

Both our HVAC units needed repairs..most HVAC services would try and sell you a new unit or up-sell something more. B.C. walked us through the problems and repaired both units. It took all day in the outdoor temps high 90's. He never left us hanging..did such an amazing job without us having to refinance our home. This is hands down the best HVAC service company. Trustworthy, dependable and did a great job. Shouting it out to all our community peep..if you need HVAC work this is the best!
This was the BEST Service iHave Ever Received. We have been without air for two months while temperatures have reached 103. I have a warranty company who have been a pain and havent helped at all. Im so glad he spotted the problem and fixed it right away. Will Definitly use them again!!
These guys are the absolute best!! I’ve had them out twice within the last year from some parts going on my unit and they are always there to save the day! Beyond friendly folk to deal with from the office to the field! The owner himself came to work on our unit and I have nothing but great things to say about him and the company. Tina at the office is just a delight to deal with and Brian and Joey are just awesome. HONEST hard working people who try to diagnose the issue rather than selling you the farm. They explain to you exactly what the problem was and how they fixed it and show you non the less, as well as give tips and pointers for stuff to expect with your system! My best friend out of state runs his own HVAC company and any time I have an issue and consult with him they do exactly as he would have done, which just seals the deal for me! They are prompt, polite and courteous. I won’t call any other company other than B.C. to service our system! They’ve been in the business over 30yrs and it shows! I am so very glad my friend recommended Brian. She and a couple of family members had him install their ac units and they were all very pleased. They came out on Tuesday, gave us an estimate and we had a new unit installed on Thursday. The company was on time, professional and very knowlegeable.
I based my decision on the positive reviews and I'm glad I did. They arrived on time. Once the problem was verified, the tech explained the service that needed to be performed. All at a price that was better than I expected. If you're looking for a fair, honest, and competent HVAC company you can look no further. I HIGHLY recommend them.
My sister-in-law had highly recommended B.C. HVAC to me last year when I was looking for a new company. She's been using them for several years and been very pleased. I used them last year for routine maintenance so they were who I called when I awoke on a Saturday night this past February to our HVAC blowing cold air when it should have been heat. We had a couple of small portable heaters so I waited until daybreak, Sunday morning, to leave a message on their answering machine. My call was returned and Brian came right out. The unit was inspected, but couldn't be repaired. It was an older one so this was no surprise. The new unit had to be ordered so to make sure we stayed warm, Brian left a larger heater for us to use until the job was completed. The unit was ordered and delivered to them on Monday, and they were at our home early Tuesday morning to start installation. Needless to say, I also highly recommend B.C. HVAC Service!
I came down to visit my sister, and she said her heat pump hasn’t been working. We called B.C and they came out, and checked the system. They found that the system was in working order, and didn’t need refrigerant. It was just a fault on the control board that were able to reset. They were very knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upswell anything, or try to get her in a service contract. They only charged a small service call fee. We will definitely use them again.
They are an honest reliable knowledgeable and reasonable company besides that they are just nice people.

They came out to fix my a/c unit and did a wonderful job at not only fixing my issue but took the time out to also explain and show me what went wrong and ways to help prevent it from happening again. very honest and hardworking. Highly recommended!
