Another company told me I needed a new HVAC unit. Roger Denton got my existing unit fixed for $200. Highly recommend.
We began using Roger Denton company and all was well initially; integrity, fair pricing and knowledgeable technicians. Something has gone wrong; initially they would not schedule us for the usual fall service appointment; after contacting owner we were told it would be a 1-2 months before they could schedule a tech to prepare us for winter needs. That was in October; it is now December and no call from Roger Denton Company. Things seemed to change over night; we were committed to them for years and now the customer care has disappeared. So regretful.
Roger Denton Heating & Cooling is amazing! From the initial call with Lacy, to same day maintenance with skilled technicians, the Brookses are happy and cozy at 72 degrees today. Shout out to TJ and Lee for friendly and excellent service. Not our first call and won't be our last. Give them a call for your heating and cooling needs.
I am not surprised at all that they have such a high rating! They are so responsive, fast, knowledgeable and KIND! Mark has come to our home twice and has been super patient as he educated us on how our HVAC works! In a sea of home building/repair/maintenance companies that are snubbing customers because of high demand, Roger Denton never takes us for granted or leaves us hanging. Thanks so much!!!
First time experience was excellent. Lee was on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. Provided and honest evaluation with no up sale. Happy to find a company I can trust to provide HVAC service.
Great service! AC wasn't draining and water was standing next to the house. The pad had dropped a couple inches on that side and AC wasn't level. Lee and Jacob showed up (on time) and wasted no time figuring it out and fixing the problem. These guys were professional, punctual, personable and will definitely use them again ( This was my first experience with Roger Denton Heat and Air).

Over the years I have had some repairs that have needed to be done quickly due to weather, they have always responded quickly to my phone calls and gotten my repairs done quickly. They are awesome.

DO NOT PURCHASE A UNIT FROM ROGER DENTON. They do not stand by their products. Customer service is TERRIBLE.

Can't say enough good things about this company and am so glad I called them. Our heat went out during the first bad cold spell of the season. I called RDHC and the dispatcher couldn't have been any nicer about sending someone out. They took care if me that morning and my technician, Blake, was super courteous and knowledgeable. Got my heat cranking within a half hour. Highly recommend this company!
We have used Roger Denton Heating and Air for well over 10 years. I wouldn't think of using anyone else!
RDHC, has always done our central unit, service is timely and his workers are competent and have always done a good job for us. They have been our service providers for over 25 years and never a problem
On time service
I needed both my 17 year old units replaced, a 5 ton and a 2 ton. Roger and his crew were at my home at 8:30 am and by 1:30 pm, both my units were cooling. The installation is very professional. All trash was removed, even a shrub that had to be removed. Roger wasn’t the lowest bid but he was the best bid. Honest and responsibly priced. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Roger Denton Heating and Air!!
Very prompt for appointment fixed the problem in no time
