Was begind one of their trucks and a peice of duct flew out the back and gashed the side of my truck. I tried calling about 4 times and no response. Happened today around 10 on i65 south
Robert and Ryan were awesome. They were scheduled to come onsite for a standard fall inspection of the system. Unfortunately we had started smelling a "burning" smell from the AC unit, I called and asked if they could come out earlier, they were able to make it out the next day. When they got onsite the burning smell was gone. They checked the system and all looked ok. Ryan hung in there and waited to see if after running for a while we'd see the smell again, sure enough after 30 minutes it came back and the motor seized. Ryan was able to get a new motor ordered, picked up and installed the same day. Great Service! Definitely using them again.
Last week Ryan from TemperaturePro Brentwood repaired my Ruud HVAC which was 11 years old. We had discussed the repair or replace decision the week before and he had to order my blower motor because no supply house in Nashville carried the exact one. The following week he installed the blower motor and a new evaporator coil at a fair price. I'm so glad that I didn't have to buy a new system. I would highly recommend you get an estimate from them before going with anyone else or replacing your HVAC system. Ryan is very good at answering questions, being prompt and phoning you, and trustworthy. You will like him!
I really hate to do this, but my experience was not even close to 5 stars. Last year we asked this company for a commercial quote on a new unit. Everything went great, but we were unable to complete the project. Recently I asked them to service a unit and give me three quote for for options on that unit. I worked with the same two people for 6 weeks. After coming out a second and more official time 1.5 weeks ago I could not get the quotes I requested or even a clear understanding of what we needed. I was promised three different “by the end of business today time frames for the quotes, never received them, and never got a follow up. After expressing my frustration over promises not met and a desire to work with them if they would meet the promises and expectations they made, they chose not to make the bid or continue working with us. I’m sure they do good work, but dropping the ball this much and making the client feel like the bad guy is not the way to do business.
Great service and communication with Charlie, who returned my call and Brian, the installation technician. We had the pleasure of working with both Mike and Ricky. Both men were extremely helpful, professional, kind and knowledgeable. Our upstairs HVAC went out on one of the hottest days so far this year. Mike was able to come the following morning and diagnose the problem. He then came out again the following day when I called him and he fixed our system just enough to get us through the weekend- when the parts for our new system would be delivered. He was easy to reach and truly showed he cared about us and our comfort in our home. Ricky was here first thing when our system arrived and was very thorough in the installation. We highly recommend this company and will use them again when needed in the future!!

We had the whole HVAC system replaced and Temperature Pro was great as a whole. Charlie was always easy to reach, Cole checked out the old system and made sure we were happy with the new. Ricky was great as he installed the system even with the ton of rain we had. Very happy with them.

Cole was very responsive to Home Advisor inquiry. He provided competitive quote on the phone and performed the repair (replaced HVAC drip pan) the same day. Work was professionally done and clean up was complete. Would definitely use again.
