Gary and Brad at Air Environment Inc are absolutely amazing to work with. They have helped us with a service contract at our home where they have been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Today they provided a full replacement of a previous "antique" system at our rental property. They provided terrific guidance about options for the equipment that we ultimately had them install and did an amazing job with the installation. What can I say - we love these guys! They do terrific work and they are incredibly nice and professional as well. We highly recommend working with Air Environment, Inc.
I have been using Air Environment since 2011, and highly recommend Gary. I cannot say enough good things about him and the service he and Brad provide. Over the years, I have had a handful of issues that require immediate attention and have had Gary at my home at 8 am on a Sunday morning. Recently, I woke up with no heat in my home. I sent Gary a text at 6:30, and he was at my home an hour later, and had me back up and running. I completely trust him with all of my heating and cooling needs.
I can’t say enough great things about Gary and the team at Air Environment. We just had our main HVAC package unit replaced after discovering a cracked heat exchanger. Gary came out quickly for an estimate and was back in 3 days with the new unit. Gary and Brad had us up and running in 4 hours and under budget! He’s replacing another old unit for us next month. Absolute professional, unbelievably caring and considerate and knows his stuff. Customers for life! Highly recommend!
Gary and his team are far and away the BEST contractors I have ever worked with for any project at my home. Gary is the most communicative, on-time, caring service provider I have ever met. He completely replaced our entire HVAC system and with the heart of a teacher so that every decision we made on the system/specs, etc. was an informed decision. The work itself was a work of art - He is a true craftsman. I cannot recommend him highly enough. There is no one better, seriously.
We have used Gary and Air Environment, Inc. for years. Our first HVAC unit they replaced literally as it was snowing one year in a matter of a day. We have been in our current house for a few years now and had our unit quit on us overnight. Called Gary on a Sunday morning and he had a new unit installed by noon the next day. Gary is always fairly priced and does amazing work. I have recommended them to multiple people in my family who would tell you the same thing. They are wonderful!
Gary and his team at Air Environment were nothing short of amazing. I called for an emergency repair and his team got my HVAC system repaired and cooling like an arctic blast. The Air Environment team was professional and treated me like a friend. I heartily recommend Gary for any HVAC issues you may have!

We have been contemplating replacing our HVAC units as a preventative measure on our 16 year old home and finally decided to pull the trigger. We chose Gary and Air Environment based on recommendations from numerous people. Let me say, we are far from disappointed! I called Gary last Tuesday, Wednesday morning he was at my house, and Thursday the package unit was delivered and installed. Today, less than a week later, all of our equipment is replaced and the results are awesome! Gary and his crew, Brad, were professional, educational and very down to Earth people to work with. Being in construction myself, I had no need to get a 2nd quote from anyone else because of their fair pricing. Plus, who wouldn't want to work with someone who is honest, prompt and delivers excellent results. I HIGHLY recommend Air Environment to anyone even considering repairs or replacements!
My wife found Air Environment Heating and Cooling through the Westhaven neighborhood FB site. My experience was fantastic. Gary and Brad were personable and punctual and focused on not just doing a job but building a long-term partnership with us. I would definitely recommend this company for any HVAC needs.
Trying to get work done while out of state is a pain. Brad was easy to work with and made the process easy for me. If you value professionalism, good communication, and a great value, then Air Environment is for you.
I recently had to replace both my downstairs and upstairs AC units. I found Gary at Air Environment through recommendations from the Westhaven FB group. I called him and he was very responsive. During his initial visit, he and his team quickly diagnosed the issues and gave me a competitive quote to quickly replace the units. I found Gary and his team professional, honest and fast. Plus, they are all around great guys. He and his team exceeded my expectations in every area. I highly recommend them!
Air Environment is the absolute best there is. I had Gary install a new unit a few years ago when everyone else said it would be two weeks. It was winter and freezing cold and my elderly mom was visiting. He brought space heaters for us, gave me a fantastic price, and did a great job on the installation. Here it is 10 years later and the Fourth of July. My air went out, called him early this morning and he was here within 2 hours. Again it was a great price for a holiday. This company beats all other companies in Franklin and Nashville. If I could give 10 stars I would. He is the best. Thanks so much Gary
My next door neighbor referred me to Gary, after a very large, well known AC service company in Franklin, charged me $1200 to replace my upstairs unit evaporator coil, less than 6 months ago; which happened to be under warranty. That’s right, I had to pay $1200 for a coil that was under warranty. 6 months after the new coil was in, it quit working - again. When Gary inspected it, he advised there was oil everywhere on the line leading up to the evap coil and that it was definitely leaking. Gary further recommended that I get the (well known Nashville company for 70 years, who has terrible ratings online - 2.5 stars out of 5 on yelp as of 3/2020) to fix their work as it’s under warranty. I followed Gary’s advice and highly recommend you do the same; unless you’re looking to get jacked! Additionally, Gary did not charge me for a service call, because it was still under warranty with the other company. Typically that fee is $75-$110. Instead, he asked that when I need my units repaired or serviced, to call him - and I gladly will!
I used Air Environment in October to install both upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems. The first was the planned complete replacement of an 18 year old still functioning 2nd floor furnace and outside condenser. The original system installed with the house was undersized and I consulted three different vendors for proposals to solve my problem. Gary proposed what I thought was the most sound plan and his price quote was competitive. Additionally I wanted a local Franklin company who I knew would stand behind their work. Gary and his crew installed the new American Standard system (the brand I had requested) professionally and it is working very well. Major upgrades were made to tonnage, ducting size, as well as adding a new cold air return and two new feed vents. As the upstairs was being done it became apparent that my downstairs 22 year old package unit also needed major repairs. So I decided to have Gary also replace that unit with an American Standard gas/electric package unit. Again, a quick and professional installation at a very competitive price. I price shopped against the big boxes as well as other Franklin HVAC vendors. As many of my neighbors have been replacing their own units over the past several years, and as each did theirs, I asked both their vendors and the property owners many questions about their product features, costs, etc. So I was a very informed consumer going into this process and felt Gary and his company checked all the important boxes. Professional attitude and work, competitive cost and a real concern that I was happy with his work. I will recommend Air Environment to anyone who asks me and will use Gary for all my future HVAC needs.
Gary called me right back. . . ON A HOLIDAY! And then came right away. Time from the phone call until work completed was 1 hour and 7 minutes. Are you kidding? We went all weekend without air and they swoop in and save the day! He was honest, tried basic stuff before he opened up the unit, and in the end didn't charge me a ridiculous amount. We are truly grateful.
Great service, nice people, and quick fix. I had a leaking HVAC unit; they found the leak and fixed it in a timely manner. The staff were all friendly and pleasant to work with; plus, they charged me a very reasonable price for the work they did and didn’t try to push me to buy any additional parts, etc. Honest staff and quality work. I’d recommend Gary and his Air Enviroment crew 10 out of 10 times.
I have been a long time customer with Air Environment and have been extremely satisfied with their excellent service. They do a biannual spring and fall "tune up", and are always prompt and professional. In addition, I have had both my old central unit and aged duct work replaced by them. The work and installation was top notch for a fair price. Gary is fantastic. Trustworthy and reliable and knows what he is doing. Customer satisfaction is their priority. If you need someone for HVAC service, look no further.
A++ Excellent customer service and makes every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your heating and air service. Gary is very responsive! He returned my message on New Year's Day and came out the next morning to help me with inspection items that were not directly related to the work he and his crew had completed on my home prior to sale. Gary installed/replaced my HVAC unit and central heat/air system over the course of 4 years and both run fabulously!! A++

Gary and team were wonderful. Very honest about what was going on with our ac and what we needed to do. Every one we interacted with was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and just great. They went above and beyond our expectations and had a great price for what needed done!! They finished early and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend them all day!!
