Caleb was awesome! Came out bright and early. Repaired the package unit outside quickly and efficiently. Price point was more than reasonable! Would recommend to anyone that needs service on a furnace or A/C unit. Could not be more happy!

Caleb and his team installed new ductwork in our crawlspace. We live in a home built in 1970 -- it still had the original ductwork and it was in bad shape. Caleb's quote to fully replace our ductwork was by far the most affordable amongst several different quotes we received. We highly recommend his services to anyone whose primary focus is affordability! Most importantly to us, we felt Caleb maintained a high level of integrity during our time working with him. We know that will serve him well as his business continues to grow!

Not only were they prompt with their service (selfless individuals who were able to come to my aid late in the day), fixed my AC unit efficiently, and were priced very reasonably. They were also pleasant to be around. I highly recommend!!
They responded to a broken AC unit so quickly and late in the day. They worked efficiently and corrected another company’s mistake that could’ve been detrimental to the entire unit if not fixed. Also, super reasonably priced!!!
We recently experienced an AC unit failure issue on a new home built by Signature Homes in College Grove. Caleb came out the same day to take a look at it. He seemed very knowledgeable in his field and quickly began to troubleshoot the problems. He found the wall thermostat had gone bad & would not allow the AC unit to turn on. He replaced it & the 2nd one also failed, so he went into the attic & determined the unit's circuit board was also bad, causing it not send the proper current to the thermostat. He also discovered a fuse was blown as well. We were disappointed that such a new unit would have so many problems so soon, but we were very impressed with Caleb's ability to resolve the problems quickly. It's all up & running fine now, thanks to Caleb's skills. He was very professional & continually explained what he was finding throughout the process. I would highly recommend Caleb for any of your HVAC needs as he is one who takes great pride in his work & you can trust to do a great job. Keep up the great work Caleb!
I am new to Tennessee and had no idea who to use for my A/C replacement. I received about 6 different quotes from different people. But Caleb and his Father gave the best service. Kept my house cool while I was waiting on my unit to arrive. Professional very nice and left no mess behind. Check to make sure everything was working properly no surprises. My quote for my situation was within my budget. They did a fantastic job and would highly recommend them for your a/c needs. THANK YOU !!!
Caleb went above and beyond to fix our AC unit!! He was unbelievably thorough and made sure everything was working perfectly. His prices are fair, and quality of work he does is impeccable! This will be the only HVAC service I will ever use!
My upstairs AC unit quit working while I was gone this afternoon and came home to an upstairs that was hotter than a sauna. I looked for an AC/HVAC company with Sunday hours or 24hr service. I tried several who claimed to be open 24/7, but Leipers Fork actually answered. Caleb said he would be here by 10pm and he was actually 15 minutes early. He's super nice and diagnosed the situation easily and repaired it in just a few minutes. Very satisfied with my service and experience.
Caleb came as promised, and was neat, friendly, and professional, and knowledgeable. He handled the maintenance on my unit, and answered questions without seeming irritated. I HIGHLY recommend this young man. You will not regret using him!

Caleb and his crew are highly recommended. We had no heat from our unit that was nearly 20 years old. He came out the same day I contacted him. Our unit's ancient parts prevented him from repairing that day, but he had parts for the repair first thing the next morning. Came out, did his thing, but gave us the news we had expected. The repair would get it working, but it was just a matter of 'when', not 'if', it'd go out again for another reason. He provided a no-pressure quote on a new unit, and we decided that was the way to go. He did not charge us for the initial diagnosis, parts, labor, etc for the repair on the old unit. He gave a great quote on the new unit. It was a no brainer. If you're needing HVAC service in his service area, call him first.
I cannot say enough about the quality of service I've received from Caleb and this company on 2 separate occasions. They are quick, professional, fairly priced and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend!!!
