It's time to replace your Hvac's, where do you start? The most important thing I learned was if you don't feel that trust, move on! After calling several of Nashville's larger companies I was totally discouraged. Repair techs undertrained, email estimates outrageous. Admittedly this is a major expense and corners should not be cut, but I was being taken advantage of. Heritage was different. I spoke directly with Jeff the owner, not a text not an email. His technicians were fantastic! Everything about this company is over the top professional with outstanding customer service. Very Highly recommend!
Heritage Heating & Cooling LLC replaced both HVAC systems in my home. Jeff and his team were very kind, reliable, and trustworthy. I plan to use them for all of my future HVAC needs and highly recommend them!
Having a problem with your HVAC system when the weather is right at the freezing mark is not a good thing. Steve came out the day after I called and found the problem fast. He did not try to upsell me or say I needed something that really did not need to be fixed. Steve got the job done in quick order and got my HVAC back to producing heat. I had a couple of questions about my HVAC unit and Steve took the time to answer them so I knew a bit more about my system. The bill for their service was more than reasonable and needless to say I will be calling them in the future if I have any other HVAC problems.
I woke up Dec 23rd with no heat - i called Heritage, and even though they were closed for the holidays, they called me back and walked me through several steps in order to “reset” the system. After the process, the heat was eventually restored. i also appreciate that Jeff also followed up afterwards to see if it was working properly. great service that was much appreciated!! Jack Weir
Omg! Texted my issue and within minutes had a reply that a tech would be out. Tech was out and so kind and helpful. And so grateful it wasn’t a huge expense! Going to use them again when needed.
Very happy with service from Heritage. They help fix a nagging problem with our heating unit for last few years. The quote was reasonable and tech was very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing to resolve the issue.
The team came out as soon as possible to take a look when our heat went out. My husband was so impressed with their team and said "well they made me a loyal customer" when they left. Their team not only fixed the problem, they explained it, gave us tips, and followed up the next day to make sure it was working. Our family had a warm night's sleep! Grateful for the Heritage Heating and Cooling family!
USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR HEATING/AC NEEDS! They were able to dispatch someone to my house within two hours of calling them. Extremely knowledgeable tech showed up and fixed our hvac unit! The owner Jeff not only texted me every step of the way but followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly! The level of customer service was exceptional which is exceedingly rare these days. Such a breath of fresh air! So wonderful to have a company that appreciates your business and not make you feel like just a number. KUDOS to you Jeff. You've got a life long client!

Steven and team just installed this Trane duel fuel gas pack for us. They arrived early, kept the jobsite clean, the installation work was top-notch, and Steven answered all our questions. No need to look further than Heritage. Competitive pricing. Excellent communications. Quality work (yes, that's still a thing).
I shopped around to find the best deal with reliable service and landed here. Jeff and the Heritage crew were outstanding in their service and communications. I would choose them over their competitors any day. Price? They saved me $2000 over competitors pricing. Enough said.
We are very happy with our experience with Heritage. We are fairly new to the area and this is the 3rd AC company that we’ve worked with and Heritage by far was the most professional , efficient and attentive to our needs. No one wants to be without AC in the heat of the summer to then find out you need a whole new unit, Jeff helped make the best of the situation for us. Billy, Matthew and Drew were very courteous , professional and did a great job on the install.
Back in October of 2021 my wife and I had our second child. While at the hospital, Nashville got hit with some cold weather, so I made a trip home to turn the heat on for our newborn. But our furnace wasn't working. I called a big name company to come take a look, and they gave me a quote that made me choke. So my neighbor suggested Jeff at Heritage Heating and Cooling. Jeff came out, took a look, quoted me half of the original quote I received, and had it installed that evening. AMAZING!! Fast forward to today. Yesterday, we returned home from a vacation to find that our AC was not pumping cool air. The house was burning up, but we managed through the night. I texted Jeff at 6:30 a.m., he was at the house at 8 a.m., and had us all fixed up by 8:20 a.m. We will never use anyone else. Not only is the work top notch... not only is the pricing honest... BUT Jeff and his crew are a joy to talk to. They know the machines and are passionate about helping people. We tell everyone about Heritage H&C, and that's why I'm posting this review. We highly recommend Heritage. Our A/C recently stopped working. We initially called another HVAC company. Due to it being a holiday weekend, they told us the wait would be about 5 days. We then contacted Heritage. Jeff arrived the next morning, a Saturday. He identified the problem quickly and made the repair. Thanks Jeff for the professional and prompt service you provided. It was awesome!
Jeff (the owner) and his crew saved our bacon during this heatwave when our AC went out. Alex and Stephen did the install of the new system in the attic and outside and were friendly professionals who knocked it out of the park. Been customers for years - Heritage never disappoints.
