Bret and his team were incredible patient with us. We had a new heat pump/AC full unit installed and despite several challenges, they left us with a perfectly performing unit at the agreed upon quote. The team is highly responsive and and their attention to detail is appreciated.
We had the HVAC system replaced since our old one stopped working. Bret and his team were very quick, professional, and got the job done nicely. Now we have AC in our house, thanks to Bret and his team! Moreover, the price was reasonable. Therefore, I would definitely recommend Sewell Electric & HVAC Company!
Bret and the team at Sewell were amazing to work with. I received many quotes, not only was his the most comprehensive and future proof for the house. But was also the most cost effective. From the initial walkthrough to wrapping up the install was a breeze and very quick. Highly recommend!
After our old package HVAC unit died, Bret (owner) personally came out and provided a quote for replacement. But beyond that, he asked me if there were any issues with the heating or cooling with the previous unit so he could ensure they didn't just replace the unit without addressing the issues. When I explained the uneven heating and cooling of the master bedroom, Bret examined our home and came up with a plan to improve airflow based on the placement of our air returns and thermostats. We now not only have a new, more efficient unit, but are looking forward to more comfortable nights sleeping as well.
Sewel Electric & HVAC just completed an HVAC installation for our office and community center. They had great communication, the best price and best overall value! Bret made the process easy, the installation went quick and everything was cleaned up when they were done! Highly recommended!
Bret, the owner, made our HVAC project as easy as I could have imagined. He personally inspected our unit, acted as the sales rep, and even assisted his full service team during the install. He only sold us what we needed and presented all options fairly and accurately. Sewell Electric has all my future HVAC business.
Sewell technicians are very responsive and extremely thorough. They identified the issue quickly and installed the needed part the same day they received it.

Bret and his team are honest, hardworking, straightforward, no-nonsense, punctual, and reasonably priced. If you have to spend money upgrading or fixing something on your HVAC, you can't do better than this company. Our master bedroom was running much hotter than the rest of our house. We finally had enough and brought out a few companies to assess the situation and bid for whatever solution they recommended. One company bid a whole HVAC system for $6k. One guy didn't show. Another had an elaborate and overly wrought approach that seemed like overkill. Then came Bret and Sewell. He took his time to assess our whole HVAC system and developed an elegant, effective, reasonably priced solution. It's easy to tell when someone wants to "upsell" you on a service plan or piece of equipment--it's good for their bottom line. What is incredibly rare, though, is finding an expert service provider who does only what's needed at a reasonable price and dependable timeline. Sewell HVAC does exactly that. Not only did Sewell balance our entire HVAC but cleaned the furnace and air intakes outside because it was the right thing to do--that wasn't even part of our original service call. They saw a need and addressed it, which made our upstairs zone run twice as efficiently, saving us money and making the environment more consistent and comfortable for our kids' bedrooms. You can tell this is company takes pride in its service and genuinely cares about the outcome of its clients. I'll be using Sewell as long as I'm in their service area.
Sewell Electric installed a Daiken standalone unit for my sunroom. Works great and adds value to that square footage that previously lacked air. They ran electrical to the unit underneath the house and installed the unit in a way that was nonobtrusive to the room. Very professional and highly recommend.
Have used Sewell for HVAC service/ repairs in the past and recently for a electric dryer repair and both times the service and professionalism was top notch! Highly recommend — we are so grateful we found them.

I called Sewell to see if they had a part for an install on my oven. Even when it was clear that the part wasn’t going to be available and I wasn’t able to use them for this repair, they remained extremely helpful and took time to give me information that I needed to get some resolution. They seem to care that the customer gets the help they need, and I will definitely call them first in the future.

I highly recommend this company. They did both my AC work and some custom electric work. Pricing was very reasonable. I liked the fact they are locally owned. They were on time, friendly and offered some constructive and cost cutting ideas.
