We are new customers of Lee Company and will remain with them for all our household services. The team sent to replace our ductwork was very professional, curtious, and dedicated to do a difficult job right. A big shout out to Sean for overseeing the job. Both he and Anthony are hard working. They even stayed to 9 pm to ensure my ill husband had AC. Also to William, Ty and Angel for being dedicated to get the job done. Just a wonderful experience to know they really cared about their work.
DeWayne Bragg is our technician and he is all about customer service. He is always on-time and let's us know when he'll arrive for our service window. DeWayne is thorough, and checks everything each time he comes, i.e., Spring and Fall. So many companies say they are all about customer service, but so many are just giving lip service. Very happy with Lee Company and especially with DeWayne and his professional work ethic.

The serviceman (Richard) visited our home on May 8th in Antioch Tn. did an awesome job explaining the issues that he discovered and was very knowledgeable of the repairs. He went above and beyond of the normal visit to make sure we were taken care of.
I've been doing annual maintenance plan with Lee Co for years. When I called to schedule my spring AC maintenance, no one informed me that the cost to renew for another year was going up almost 50%. I found this out at the end of the service visit. Of course, at that point I had no choice but to renew. 2 days later, the AC ( which had been working fine) stopped working. Another tech came out and found issues that probably should have been found during the 1st visit. Despite that admission, I was charged an additional $160 for the 2nd visit. I shared my displeasure with this via a Lee Co survey. An automated response informed me I would be contacted by a Lee Co manager. That was a week ago, and I've heard nothing. My advice . . . if you're thinking about using Lee Co, skip the costly annual maintenance plan. "If it ain't broke, don't mess with it".
The repair man was super courteous and kind. He was very thorough in his inspection and he did great work. He took lots of pictures and went over everything with me in great detail. Lee Company is awesome!!
A/C system annual inspection. all went well. Austen was friendly and experienced. He recommended several things could be added. I had him replace a capacitor.
Tried to repair my broken washer. Repair would cost more than replacement I was so advised. Appreciated the techs honesty
Avoid the yearly preventative maintenance, you're just paying for a sales call. Salesman tried selling me a $5000 "upgrade" in a new house. When I didn't buy it his attitude turned awful and he said the actual issues I called him for were fixed by someone else and left. My system is in MUCH worse shape than before he arrived, making a loud pulsating buzzing noise. Clearly this was designed to force me to call them back. I'll be using anyone els to fix their failue.
The technicians are incredibly knowledgeable. Fast, friendly installation. We've used them for 2 rounds of HVACS.
I have done business with Lee Company for my HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services for the past three years. Their customer service team is great in communicating back if I have questions or to follow up for changes to service appointments. The technicians are always professional and the videos and photos provided post-service explain what was check and performed. Their low cost annual maintenance plan provides peace of mind by checking my A/C, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems once each year. The inspections have revealed areas in which I can look for improvements in system efficiencies. Great service provider.

We had to run a dedicated line for our sauna. They were very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and quick to get the job scheduled after the initial visit. We had Billy and George that did our work and both were very professional and friendly. Will use them again!

My Lee Company Plumbing Technician was the best plumber that I have ever had in my home. He explained to me the details of my water heater and home water pressure with information that answered some issues we have been having. He was personable the pleasant during the plumbing inspection.
We contacted Lee for issues with our HVAC unit. When the technician arrived, he expressed his frustration with the fact that my husband wasn’t home so he could explain things to “someone who understood,” as he put it. When I assured him that I could relay the information (as well as make decisions regarding my own home) he said “well it can be difficult to relay these things you know.” His condescending attitude is a blemish on the face of the Lee Company. Unfortunately for them it will also cost them the account of this client.
Was very professional and trustworthy. The job was done quickly and was complete the 1st visit.
