Very dedicated to their work especially during freezing weather. Went over and above to service our unit when they were slammed and the temps were very very cold.
in 2022 Joslin came the day we called and found the leak in our water line. May 2023 they fixed a leak under the house that was connected to our outside faucet and came the same day we called. Outstanding service!
I used this company today for the first time, they had someone at my house within 24 hours. The plumber was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a short amount of time for a reasonable price. What more can you ask for! I will definitely use them again in the future…
Discovered A/C was running warm.. called them and they were able to work us in and correct the problem SAME DAY! Thankful.
"Dr. Pipe" Johnny arrived on time and fixed 2 leaks where the pipes froze and burst in less than an hour. He was very professional and personable. Excellent service from this company for the past 30 years.
Called Joslin on Friday to get a plumber to fix our bathroom sink which was draining very slow. I was told they were too busy & would get to me probably on Tuesday. I agreed to wait on them till Tuesday & gave them my address & phone #. I got a call Monday afternoon from Joslin saying their technician was in the area & could be at my place in 15 minutes. Since I was home I was pleased to get the plumbing work done asap. The technician was quick & fixed the draining issue i had originally called Joslin for. Soon i remembered the loud noise the faucet makes when hot water is turned on. I told him about that & he was happy to fix it too. Then I remembered that my toilet won't stop running water after a flush. He was quick & fixed that too. Next I remembered my elementary school kid dropped something down the drain in the upstairs sink. I told him I needed that fixed. He soon took care of it. Got everything worked on in less than 30 minutes. I anticipated that I would be overcharged since I called him for 1 issue & got 4 problems solved. But to my surprise the bill was for $90. I was so happy that I wasn't being ripped off as most plumbing companies do.... Thanks to Joslin for ringing customers honestly. I will surely be coming back to Joslin for all Plumbing & or HVAC issues.

Highly recommend using this company after their work replacing our heating and air conditioner units. Exceptional products; timely, efficient service! The repairmen were even kind enough to go out of their way to make sure our cat didn't escape when they brought tools and hardware in-and-out of our home. 5/5 Stars.

Joslin Plumbing has repetitively proven themselves competent, trustworthy and reliable over the multiple decades that I’ve lived here. They really do what their home page says they do. Their plumbers are friendly and candid with information and I can tell that they are proud to represent a true staple of the Franklin community. I trust them.
Joslin came to do a service on a unit for a home I was purchasing. The invoice read, "No Issues". Moved in expecting no issues, but our bonus room is 6-7 degrees higher than the rest of the house. Come to find out the wires connecting the thermostat and dampers for the bonus room are not connected to the main unit! This means the system is not connected to power for the bonus room! This could be seen from just opening the service panel on the unit and seeing the wire laying there. Called to ask if this is normal practice to see unconnected wires and then claim "No issues" on the invoice; the manager was rude, hadn't even taken the time to familiarize himself with the case before calling and offered no solutions for a blatant miss during a routine service. I would never use or refer this company again.
These guys are awesome. I used them a few months ago for plumbing and they did a great job so I just had them come out (in a ice storm I might add) to fix our HVAC. They showed up in about a hour of me calling and had the problem fixed within 10-15 minutes. Nathan did a great job. Their pricing is very fair, too. Once you find a company you can trust you’re going to keep using them. Honestly, it’s a relief when you have somebody to call that you can trust for plumbing and HVAC. You won’t feel like you’re getting ripped off or talked into something you don’t need by a used car salesmen. Highly recommended.
FABULOUS experience start to finish ! Last Friday a big name plumbing/HVAC company couldn't unclog our kitchen sink after working 2 hrs.. Said they would have to come back 3 days later with 2 men at the cost of $1300.00. Our neighbor recommended Joslin. Called them this morning, Blake showed up a little later & in less than 30 minutes the sink was clear. And it only cost $110!!! Blake was polite, friendly, & knowledgeable.Joslin will be our go-to company for plumbing/HVAC issues....no more big name company!

I had an emergency leak and they showed up within 2 hours (every other company I called [4 other companies]) said it would take about 7 hours. I really appreciate the help.
We needed to install 2 nest thermostats. He responded the day I contacted. Arrived promptly the next day. Great fast service. Extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Aaron from Joslin Plumbing showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the repairs I needed. The new faucets were installed perfectly and even installed a garbage disposal that I didn’t have before but needed. The office staff was very courteous and pleasant.
Had a great experience! Came out to install a new gas hot water heater. They were here within 1 hour from call, excellent work, best price, friendly from receptionist to the 2 installers. Will definitely use again.
