Karen was prompt, professional, prepared, and pleasant. Patiently, she answered all of my questions to satisfaction. She let me know, in advance, the time and money it would take to complete repairs on my A/C. I am truly content with the services rendered. Thank you very much for making a difficult situation tolerable.
Our Electrician Kyle Outlaw was absolutely phenomenal, took his time and explained everything to me and my wife, made us feel comfortable in our decision and we are happy with the service he provided. David Knight replaced our 14year old natural gas hot water heater with a new natural gas hot water heater. He did an excellent job. He earns five stars for his knowledge, quality of work, responsiveness, and communication. He is a true professional. We certainly would use him again.
I am pleased with the service I recieved today from Love Plumbing Air and Electric. Kyle our technician was great! He arrived ahead of time, was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. We had an electrical switch and a breaker box repaired. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
Both Donnie and Chris went above and beyond expectations and were very professional. I would call you guys again and again for most household needs. Quite concerning why all the work I need done isn’t being done at once but over several trips. Excellent work so far on what was completed. We need you guys back soon
Donny came by to install an outlet for us. During his inspection he noticed some issues with how our electrical panel had some wiring issues as well as a few other shorts around the house. He got the outlet installed and took care of these issues quickly and for a fair price. Highly recommend Donny and Love plumbing air and electric to anyone needing work done.
Austin Renwick and crew were very knowledgeable and provided impeccable Custer service and adrressed all my concerns. I will use them again and will make referrals to my friends and family. There was a leak in a bathroom that needed toilet replacement. It was replaced with an American standard toilet; conserves water, very efficient and high performance toilet. Also if financing needed it was available.
Jeff and team were great in taking care of some plumbing issues that were found during the inspection of my home in the sale process. They did a great job and were here when they said they would be. The entire process with Love was very professional from start to finish!

Donny Tomlin arrived as scheduled and did a most thorough assessment of our electrical problem. He communicated well with us, worked tirelessly, and fixed our electrical system. We are more electrically safe in our home now. Five star! We will ask for Donny in the future. Next day Justin Allen arrived to do a thorough plumbing inspection. He was attentive to details, keen about his work, and a good communicator. Excellent work Justin Allen!

Called Love's this morning because my drain pan wasn't flowing into the condensate pipe. They scheduled same day service. Reginald Corley was the technician. When he arrived, he stepped out of his work boots to walk down the hall. My cat was all about helping him inspect inside AC cabinet. Reginald was very thorough. He listened as I told him what I had done to try to unclog pipe and clean the line. Reginald explained the diagnosis, made the repairs and explained all he had done. I had also mentioned I was concerned that drain pipe might not be extending out far enough from the underpinning so I thought earthquakes and/or mowing grass, might knock the pipe out of the hole in underpinning. He attached a piece of pipe to extend it further out AND to make it more visible when mowing grass. I have used Love's for several plumbing and AC repairs. I won't hesitate to give them a call for future jobs. Thank you Reginald and Love's for getting the AC functioning properly again.
Sean did a great job Only issue was I made an appt 1p to 4p and continued to get texts that the company was attempting to find a technician If a technician wasn’t available, why was the appt window open?
My husband and I were visiting my brother and his wife this past week in South Carolina. At the time they were having an issue with a broken water line and with toilet issues in their guest bathroom. Young Hayden came out and he was very professional and provided them with options. We were all impressed by him and his helpful attitude. Your company has a treasure with Hayden and we just wanted to let you know that we appreciated his kindness in filling in a hole that had been left due to the water leak. He is a fine young man and we wish him all the best.
