I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service Krantz provides to their customers. I saved so much money going with Krantz vs their competitors and believe me I got several qoutes. I'll definitely be doing business with them again if I'm in need of HVAC services.
Krantz Kooling installed a complete HVAC A/C system in a most professional, ethical, considerate and timely manner. Sebastian and Yianni were very knowledgeable and did a superb job. I highly recommend this company due to the great work they provided. The office staff is also highly responsive and they have scheduled a quality follow up visit to make sure all is working well which is very thorough and much appreciated.
Daniel was prompt, efficient and pleasant.I intend to continue to use their services in future.
Krantz has handled all our heating and cooling needs over the years, and most recently provided excellent service at a time of need. Our AC went out the day before we had family arriving from out of town. Each tech and the management team worked with us to have cool air as soon as possible. Thanks Justin, Jason and Austin for making this a great experience.

Krantz was very efficient installing our Trane gas pack AC unit. They went over the operation of the unit very thoroughly along with the thermostat. It was put in very professionally in adding the unit to the house.
When we moved into our house 6 years ago we used Krantz for the HVAC inspection and have been with them ever since. They are the most professional group of HVAC guys I have ever worked with in 35 years of home ownership. Have used them for biannual service, repairs and just went with them to install replacement hvac gas pack install. The quality of their work is outstanding and they are always on time and call when they are on their way. I highly recommend Krantz…I even tell the technicians every time they come out for a service how good they all are.

By I have been a Krantz customer for many years, and they did their best to keep my old HVAC system in working order. This fall, the system developed a problem, which would have been too expensive to repair, and invest in a unit which needed to have other repairs. I chose to replace the system and all of my ancient ductwork at the same time. After an initial consultation with Justin Krantz, in which everything was explained to me, the Krantz team came in, and over the course of several days they removed the old unit and ductwork, and replaced everything. They did an incredible job, and finished after dark, the day before Thanksgiving. It was important to me to have a company I trusted to do this project, and with Krantz, I knew they would do a great job, and stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them. Marilyn Ardis

Our AC wasn’t blowing cold air, Austin came and immediately assessed the situation. After checking everything extensively, including the attic , he replaced the filters and the cool air began to flow again. I would absolutely trust Austin to honestly and thoroughly diagnose any issue that may arise.
