Airport replaced my old HVAC unit and duct work 5 years ago and has maintained it since. The installation was the most trouble free part of the build. For maintenance they arrive on time and complete the work. I would absolutely recommend.
We are a small town farm family. So going with someone that was over an hour away from the city was very risky and something I don’t usually do but, I’m glad I took the chance on Airport Heating and Cooling. We were very pleased with their service. We built on our family farm and they installed our unit. We had issues with our unit and could not figure out at first what was going on, but they continued to send someone out each time it would act up until the problem was fixed, even on the weekends and in the end the problem was not on their end but instead on the electricians end. They worked with us until the problem was fixed and never left us hanging. I would recommend Airport Heating and Cooling to anyone that needs an AC company. I am big on family owned businesses because a lot of times they take pride in their work and take time to help their customers.
My HVAC unit quit running. I called another company to fix the problem. The other company said the compressor was bad. I told them to wait and let me check with another company. Airport Heating and Cooling came out and immediately told me that they thought the unit had a faulty wire and if that was the case I would not need to replace the compressor. As it turns out the unit did have a faulty wire. The technician put in a new wire and the unit has run great ever since. Thank You Airport Heating and Cooling for having such knowledgeable technicians and also for the reasonable price to fix my unit.
They installed a Goodman unit in my current home last summer and it’s excellent! They conducted the inspection on the HVAC unit in the house I just purchased and again, did an excellent job. I had Wes perform all the repairs to that unit. My realtor commented that he had never seen an HVAC tech perform such a thorough , unrushed inspection. Airport Heating and Air are top notch, from sales, repairs and service. I highly recommend them.
