Was forced to go through this joke of a company by AHS. I filed my initial claim with AHS on Sunday, by Tuesday I still hadn't heard from them. They finally called me back after I escalated the issue with AHS who then sent them a "stern email" (whatever). Once I had them on the phone they said they thought they had already came out (NOPE), then they estimated that they could get out to repair my AC on Friday, so now that's FIVE days from when they received my claim, with highs of 95 and 80% humidity. I took the appt just in case I'd need it, but immediately called another company who was professional and could get to me the next day. A few hours later this company called me AGAIN asking to setup an appointment, I told the person I had already set one up but she couldn't find it so we DID IT AGAIN. Wow. Get it together y'all. Thank god there are other AC companies in the area, like I said I was able to get it fixed the very next day by a different company, and I immediately cancelled my contract with AHS, as well as the appointment with this company. AHS have a record of working with garbage companies, confirmed.
Absolutely awful company. Technician was rude and uncooperative. Lied about what our warranty covered until presented the actual contract, never bothered powering our unit on and off, or troubleshooting of any kind. We asked for a different technician to come out and to speak to management, this was two weeks ago. Nothing has happened. We have called every day and been told Gypsy would call us the following day on number occasions. We are still waiting. We asked to speak to the owner and were told that was impossible and that he never comes in. The company then told our warranty company that the work had been completed and closed out the ticket. This is all while we have called every day trying to make progress. We have had the ticker reopened and are still waiting. We have reported them to the BBB but save yourself the headache and use any other company but them.
The service man spend 6 minutes in our house, never even had us power the unit on and off, he insisted 2 dampers were broken even though only 1 was malfunctioning. He then insisted our warranty would not cover it but he would offer us a deal. Said he had verified this with 4 different people. It wasn’t until I showed him the contract that he backpedaled saying well he had just spoken to a 5th and we were covered. He then completely falsified the report. We have called the company multiple times asking to speak with a manager or owner. Each time we have been promised a call back that never happens. This has been going on for a week. We have called every day. It’s sad because we have had them come and do work for us before without a problem but obviously their business has gone downhill. I would absolutely not recommend them.

James was on time, very polite and professional. He Fixed my Heating system in a very timely manner and was on his way. All around Great experience and we will be using them again for our future home needs. FYI- This was a American Home Shield warranty service call. Thank you for helping us heat our home.
Awesome service! I was helped by a technician that was very knowledgeable. Hospitality found our problem and gave us a great rate.
Was told I need a compressor. Took 15 days to come in to find out I was without air for 15 days with over 100 degree heat to find out it wasn't the compressor. They did refund money and make repair. But did I tell you I was unnecessarily without air for 15 days....smh
I don't even know where to begin… I guess I will start by saying that unfortunately my home insurance company sent this company to my house for AC repair. On April 15th I put in a work order because my AC system wasn't working and a tech from Hospitality came out to diagnose it. The diag came back and they stated they needed to replace a couple expensive parts and my insurance company wouldn't cover $4,000 of it. I called my home insurance and they verified that.. So I paid $4,000… I want to say I was robbed. The parts took over a month to come in and before they came in the tech that diagnosed the problem originally called me saying they needed another $2,000 and I felt like they were trying to up-sale me something so I asked them to take it up with the insurance company. Of course after that I didn’t hear anything else which makes me believe even more I was being scammed. The parts finally came in and the tech installed them May 23rd. Before the tech left the house my wife pointed out a strange noise when the system was on. It sounded like water flowing and the pipes rattling throughout the wall. The tech said that it didn't sound right and if it was doing it the next day to call him. Of course it was still happening so I tried to get a hold of the tech with no success. I called Hospitality and I was sent back to my home insurance company to put in a recall. I put in the recall but they sent a different company out. Ultimately the second company stated that it sounded like the system was “starving” and they didn’t do any work because they didn’t want to mess with someone else’s poor quality work.. After speaking to a supervisor with my insurance company they finally sent Hospitality back out June 13th, two months after the original call… After the same tech couldn’t figure out the issue he asked me if I wanted a different tech to look at it. I of course agreed to that and that still has not happened. The worst part is, THE SYSTEM COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING ON J
Our air went out yesterday, Shawn came out and got us back up and running. He was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company.
My home insurance company sent Hospitality Heating and Air Conditioning to me when my AC went out. I submitted my request at 5:30pm Wednesday and by noon Thursday my AC was up and running again. Excellent service. Would use again.

This was the best decision I could have made! One of my friend’s suggested that I call because he used them in the past! Best call I could have made! They were very professional and the only company that gave an estimate that actually checked under my house! I would strongly recommend Hospitality Heating and Air to all of my friends and family
I called to get a diagnosis when our HVAC wasn't working. They had a special for only $39.00. The service tech was on time and everyone kept in constant communication. Unfortunately our whole system did need to be replaced, which we kind of thought was going to be the outcome as it was old. The project manager came the same day within a few hours and quoted us a price. He got us all set up with financing and had us scheduled for Friday of the same week. The next day they called to bump us up the Wednesday because the temperature was about to drop and they didn't want us to be without heat all week. Wednesday they came a little late in the afternoon due to some issues that had in the previous job, but stayed until the unit was in and we had working heat. There was a few things they had to finish up but said they would be out by Friday to get it all done. Thursday afternoon they were back at it and completed everything. Everyone we came into contact was very professional and extremely friendly! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs anything from a basic service call to a full installation.

Ron Teal was the technician who was sent to repair my HVAC. While I cannot prove my hypothesis, when putting all the information together, it would seem he tried to take advantage of myself and my husband. This company was dispatched to my home by the warranty company. The first red flag was him remarking on my medical degree. The next red flag was when he completed his inspection, I asked him about how much he thought it might cost. He responded that it would probably be $750+, but that the unit is 10 years old and that if it cost $2k that I'd be better off getting a new one as the cash value would be $5800. He casually mentioned they get a kick back for selling the new unit so he wanted to give me his card. He showed me photos of what was wrong and even texted me the photos. There was zero mention of mold. After turning in the evaluation of the unit, my warranty company said that they could not authorize the repair because there was mold noted on evaluation and it would be $2k. I was livid! We requested a second opinion. The gentleman from the second company had it working in 15 minutes. There was no mold. I will never use this company again and have let my warranty company know my displeasure! My opinion is that Ron sought to make a quick buck from me and lied to our warranty company. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Update: in response to the below comment, this is not the first time the company has been to my home. They were called earlier this year to fix the unit. If this is an ongoing problem, then why did the first technician miss the issue? To use the words below, does that not imply that this company kicked the can down the road the first time they came to my home?! And again this company never let me know about the "biologic growth". I was not informed of this information until I spoke to our warranty company. Second update: 4/15/21: unit is still working without any issues. Will post an update later this summer. Jaimey provided 5 exceptional service. He took his time to explain everything he was doing and didn't leave until the job was done. He also showed respect and treated our issue urgently. Hospitality installed an air handler for me. The guys were on time, professional and courteous. I’d recommend them to anyone needing any type of HVAC work done!

Update a year later: My house has some wonky heating and cooling issues, but with this company working on it I couldn't be more at ease. This company and their professionals are simply THE BEST. If you hired a different Heating and Air company YOU GAVE YOUR MONEY TO THE WRONG PEOPLE. Simple as that. I never have to worry about my HVAC system because of the TWELVE year warranty I got with my new system and not once have they tried to sell me on something I didnt need. I truly appreciate these people. James really came through for my family, he displayed professional knowledge and was willing to get to the very bottom of the issue, keeping me and my family from having to have no A/C for days in the middle of summer. I'm very grateful to him and his Lead Tech and would highly recommend this company to everyone.
