Went down there needing some HVAC fittings, they didn't have everything in stock, but went out of their way to direct me to where I could go to find what I needed. Had a good price on the items that they did provide for me.
William Steele has helped me multiple times, and was very patient with my inquiry of Rheem replacement parts. Honestly one of, if not the best HVAC counter salespeople I have ever done business with. Ferguson needs more William Steeles.
Spent $9000- delivery crew mentioned being glad they didn’t have to shoot my dog, brought the wrong spec fridge (wouldn’t replace) and then told us we should “be happy we have a fridge due to back order with COVID.”
