We had a freon leak in our AC unit the other weekend. We called the All American team late on a Saturday night and they were there early the next morning to fix our unit and get our air running again. Everyone was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional to work with. Thank you for the quick response from your team!
After another AC service no-showed, and decided not to inform me they were not going to show, All-American was at my house first thing in the morning and done in less than thirty minutes. Incredible service!
I called them this morning and they had a technician sent out right away. Jeff was very professional and proficient. He fixed our issue with the HVAC rather quickly. I will definitely be using them again in the future whenever the need arises and recommend them to anyone looking for repairs.

Had them put in a unit several years ago and did a great job. Now I need servicing and they won’t come out to my location any longer as they say it’s too far out. Got my money so see ya later is what it’s all about.

I called to have a circuit breaker replace. However, my technician Jeff notice something was wrong. He looked at our unit and found the problem. The circuit breaker was fine. I was very impressed with Jeff. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job. Ten (10) stars for All American Heating & Air and Jeff.

Jeff Royer was excellent technician, who was very proficient in performing maintenance check, system equipment knowledge and explaining what he was doing and results found. He was neat in appearance, very friendly and customer oriented. He also explained the benefits of possibly installing air purifier on system and explained where it would be installed and efficient it would work. I highly recommend him and his work to any customer or future customer.

I got a quote from somewhere else and they said I need to replace my whole unit but Devon was able to clean pipe and as refrigerant to have ac working. Thank you and will from now on use y of yr service

When our upstairs air conditioning unit stopped cooling,All American Heating and Air were very prompt and got the situation resolved. Most impressed when a week later the tech called from out of the blue just to check on us and to make sure that everything was still working the way we wanted. Excellent customer service.
