I had other companies quote me new systems because they said mine needed to be replaced. My Heat & Air Guy techs were able to repair my unit, saving me thousands. I am very happy with their service.
I was referred from a friend and neighbor to Scott,the owner of My Air and Heat Guy company, for a 2nd opinion and quickly learned of his great service. After the 1st opinion left us with doubts and $10,000 quote, for 1 unit, we were thrilled to talk with Scott. Very honest and down to earth. Does his job with integrity and ethically does what is best for the customer. He was able to have a very quick turn around on the project from the first day meeting him to install. He is professional and respectful of your property during install and with cleanup. Left it perfectly clean! I am happy to have someone I can trust whom I can call for maintenance and or replacements at our homes, (have rental property, along with primary) AND! HANDS DOWN THE BEST PRICE! you do not need to call anyone else!! You will not be disappointed!

Scott and his team are exceptional. He replaced three heat pumps at my house. The work was completed extremely fast but you can tell they take pride in their work and do not try to cut corners.

I can't say enough good things about Scott and his team! Scott always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I have had to call him multiple times to come and fix my air, and he and Steven have always fixed my issues. The best thing about Scott is he is reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I never have to worry about being taken advantage of, which unfortunately happens a lot in this day and age.
Scott was very responsive and took time to explain my options. He sent a guy out the next day and he was able to fix my longstanding issue. They were perfect for the job and great to do business with! I have since called them several times for last minute fixes and they show up and help as soon as possible. I highly recommend them for good, honest work!

Called to have assessment of air not being cold. Scott came to our home no tools in sight in March looked at the unit stated it’s freezing. Went under the house rigged fan to perpetually run advising of a bad board & would replace. Texted him same day habitual noise disturbing to return & disconnect also spoke w/ his mother who instructed how to turn off via thermostat & “people let fan run year round”. Advised her Scott rigged unit to run perpetually thermostat would not be effective. Called next day Saturday mother stated Scott out of town couldn’t find him after heated discussion she calls back “I found him” he’ll be there later on (never came). Scott’s service call was $59 paid him $80, a tip. Following week contacted knowledgeable, experienced HVAC company gentleman has tools less than 8 mins. Advises we need refrigerant advised b/c it’s older unit need R-type. Performed work provided receipt 😃👍🏼 professional company & provided receipt handwritten & email. Gentleman stated liability prevented him from turning fan off but also stated prior contractor had no reason to tperform actions he took when unit only needed coolant. Theresa, the mother texted me June 8 that Scott would call me next day have yet to hear from him. Advised owner of home of service failures who stated recompense via judicial system due to non-compliance, misdiagnosis & failure to correct. Contacted LEC who despite what Theresa advised doesn’t affect bill hardly at all, fan constantly running incurs surmountable additional charges.
Let me start by saying, EVERY one of the positive reviews here are ABSOLUTELY true. Scott is the only person we will call to service our HVAC unit. He arrived promptly, answered all of our questions throughly, and is very pleasant to work with. Personal, professional, highly attentive to details, and reasonably priced! We feel so lucky to have someone we can really depend on! Thank you Scott!
Scott came for a maintenance visit and a repair and went above and beyond. Reasonable cost, pleasant to work with, we have finally found our heat and air guy!
Scott is fantastic! We were blessed to have him answer our call when our A/C went out in the middle of August. He went above and beyond to provide us with great service and really helped make us feel more comfortable throughout the process. I don't necessarily hope to ever have to use an HVAC tech in the near future but if I do I'll certainly make the call to My Heat and Air Guy
Scott and his guys did an excellent job installing my Bosch heating and air system. If your looking for the best value and one of the quietest systems on the market buy a Bosch.You can barely hear the compressors running outside . The unit is fantastic and Scott is very attentive to details and will do whatever is necessary to make sure the system is running as it should even after that install is done. Best contractor experience I have ever had and Scott is one of the nicest guys to work with. I highly recommend his company to do your heating and air install and maintenance. No games .No BS Thank you Scott
