Andrew has serviced our house for a year now. He is always on time, courteous, thorough and does an outstanding job! Can’t say enough nice things about him and this company! Thank you for taking such great care of our HVAC units and not making us feel like we are being gouged at the end of the services!
Same day service, diagnosed the problem, reasonable rates. Will call again.
Initially mis-diagnosed the problem and left without correcting the root cause. However, upon call back they did promptly return, diagnose, and correct the root problem without any additional charges. Everyone makes mistakes (myself included), but it's whether we fix them when given the opportunity. Bailey showed they stand behind their work and care enough to make the customer satisfied.
I have used Baileys for the repair and servicing of my old HVAC over the past 27 years, they have always been responsive and fair!. I could not be more satisfied.
I had an emergency air conditioning problem and they were able to fix it the same day. Edwin was very professional and explained the problem and solution well. I will be using this company in the future.

Technician called to let me know he was on the way, and showed up exactly on time. Very pleasant, friendly, and very respectful of my home (used shoe covers, closed doors, gates to backyard, and put hose up exactly like he found it after use). Was very detail oriented and feel he gave a thorough going over of my system. Would highly recommend Bailey Heating & Controls Inc. to anyone wanting a quality HVAC company.

Bailey’s sent Jacob to my home and quickly found the problem with my cooling system. He repaired the issue, explained what led to the problem, and offered advice to prevent further issues. He was friendly, polite, and on time: professional in every way.
Edwin was awesome! His professionalism and willingness to help were exceptional! He took the time to answer my questions and further educate me on what he was doing and also about my A/C system. My husband is deployed and I am at home alone with our eight-month-old daughter. I noticed that my nest thermostat had tried for 15 hours today to get the upstairs cool for my daughter and I were out and about. I called Baileys’ Range play anticipating a 24 hour wait for assistance. Being that it was a Sunday night at 8 o’clock. Nope. Not with Bailey’s. Someone was at my house within 25 minutes and had the air blasting in my babies nursery within half an hour after that. I’ve never been more thankful that we used a company in my whole life!

Bailey replaced a couple dampers in my HVAC system in December of 2022. When we started to use the AC in April of 2023 the dampers seemed to not be working correctly. When I got in touch with Bailey about this, they quickly made an appointment and the technician was able to quickly identify an issue with one of the dampers and resolve it.
