Julian Ramirez was our technician for an AC inspection. He was prompt & professional & I would gladly use him again.
My name is Terence Brooks and I just had a new outside air condition unit installed at my residence. I am blown away with the professionalism and the quick service. My installers were Kevin and Cristina. They arrived around 9am and were finished up around 3pm. They were very polite and professional, not only showing me how my new thermostat worked but showing me the actual work they did on the installation. 5 star rating for this company 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
We just had our first annual inspection on the new system that was installed last year. Reggie Frye was the Technician that came out and he was great to deal with! He was very professional and went above and beyond to help explain the ins and outs of our system and filter setup. Great experience working with Five Star all around!
Our outside unit which is a Trane heat pump quit. Called Five Star and asked for Danny. I highly recommend Danny, he is the best on a Trane. Very professional Thank you
Cary Littlejohn and Chandler ? came out after the AC went out late last night. We called this morning and they got here at the opening of the time window. Very professional, pleasant, and clean. They explained what they were doing, what they found and suggested next steps. Best service call I've experienced in a long, long time. We called FiveStar since our current AC company wouldn't come out due to the holiday. We are now switching over to Five Star for all of our HCE needs.
Excellent work done by Thomas Hedden! Thomas was professional, skilled, patient, trustworthy, and friendly. He kept me in the loop on what was being done and answered my questions. Though not glamorous work, he did it very well.
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. We first delt with Chandler. His knowledge and personality was the deciding factor to purchase our unit from Five Star. Jacob, Hayden, and Tahj were the very best guys for the installation. We really appreciate their great work and answering all of our questions. Wonderful experience.
Upon discovering that our air conditioning was not working we called HVAC service providers in the area. Five Star came highly recommended by our neighbor and we now know why. Five Star were the first to respond and sent both a service technician and comfort consultant the next day in order to explore the best options given the performance of our 17 year old HVAC unit. Thank you Micah for taking the time to answer all of our questions and patiently explaining how to reach the best level of comfort with a new unit and additional zoning. You offered the most value in equipment, service terms and financing when compared to your competitors. The loaner of window units was much appreciated while we waited for the set installation date. Micah's professionalism was matched by the installation team!! Ronnie and Morgan are great and definitely professionals. The two arrived on time daily on the three day installation. If it was not for the regular update on their progress or to offer explanation about the new system, the two worked quietly and seamlessly. They left every day leaving absolutely no trace of any work being completed. We appreciate the thoroughness in checking all aspects of the installation and calling in more service people to ensure that the job was done right. Joshua Wofford responded immediately and shared his expertise to compete the job! Thanks again Micah, Ronnie, Morgan and Joshua for allowing us to have a FIVE STAR experience.
Chad Tucker was great to work with. He repaired minor issues with two of our toilets and offered some suggestions about hot water heater maintenance. He even found the source of an unpleasant odor and helped us with a solution. He arrived on time, got right to work, was respectful of our home, and was friendly and cheerful. He is a real asset to FiveStar!
The young handsome gentleman that came to my house, Ryan McLaughlin , was very patient very kind and explained EVERYTHING TO ME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Tyler came here on a Sunday emergency visit I had leaking water through my upstairs ceiling from a clogged drain . He was pleasant swift explained everything and neat and tidy very informative and helpful !
Chad Tucker with Five Star is an all around good guy. Knows what he is doing and talking about. Got the job done in a professional manner and everything looks really nice. I would hope to have him back out for my plumbing needs. Thanks again.
Called 5 Star because my AC had completely stopped. The technician Eric Smith came out and solved all the problems within an hour and got the cold air going again. Very professional and explained in details all the issues and corrections. Would highly recommend.
Danny with Five Star saved us today! AC went out today and with in 2 hours on a Sat he came out! He explained everything to me and broke down cost etc.. very helpful and down to earth! Will definitely use them in the future and will request him by name!
Great experience. Danny Ivester was able to come out and repair my A/C the same day I experienced the issue. Was notified when he was arriving and upon arrival was informed of work to be done. Bryan Rodriquez showed up early and quickly began addressing our issue. He was highly professional and ensured our unit was operational before completing his visit. Our issue was caused by a manufacturer’s issue but instead of leaving it as such and sitting idly until Lennox made a determination, he further diagnosed our problem and was able to resolve it quickly. We have been overly thrilled with Five Star as a company since purchasing our unit last year. I would highly recommend Five Star and especially Bryan to address any HVAC needs you may have.
The technicians Thomas, Donnie and Dakota were very nice, professional and they cleaned up very nicely after the job was completed. We really appreciate all of their hard work. Thanks again you guys. Be and stay blessed.
