As a general manager myself, customer service is always my number one priority in this company goes above and beyond to make you feel like family and takes into consideration each individual situation according to your needs, and I have dealt with many companies from roofing to HVAC electrical and plumbing And no one has come close to the level of service that these guys delivered and I backed this company 1,000,000%
Outstanding service and the tech knew what exactly was wrong. He fixed it immediately my house was 10 degrees cooler before he even left my house.

Called when AC didn’t cut on and was treated to some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced and didn’t have to spend an arm and leg. $200 and I’m cool again.
This repair went so smooth, Rick was sent to fix my a/c unit. He was on time and professional and explained everything that he was going to do and after the job was done he showed me why the piece wasn’t working and tested the system before he left. Referred them to my family in case they have issues with their a/c system.
We had a great experience with howell hvac. Last year our entire unit had to be replaced and with the pandemic, getting a new one was a bit of a challenge. They made it happen pretty fast. Then a few weeks ago a tech, Kel came out to our house to figure out why it wasn't working. He was very kind, prompt, and supportive. It was actually after hours but he wanted to make sure we had ac in 90 degree weather. We had a pleasurable experience and he even helped teach us a few tips if it happens again. Then a few weeks later one more tech, Dale, came out. The unit keeps freezing and once again he was prompt, kind, and very supportive. He ran all of the test, explained things in a language we could understand, and gave us some additional tips. We will definitely be using them again and are very lucky to have them in our area.
