Matt Pittman was at our home last week to perform regular maintenance under our maintenance plan on our HVAC system that we purchased two years ago. Matt was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
Matt was knowledgeable and friendly, if another problem arises will defiantly call again.
I contacted Chisholm because I was unable to address the leak to my outdoor hose bibs. I contact them on Monday and received an appointment for Wednesday. Krystle was helpful with scheduling a fast and early appointment for me to address the issue. She also shared information re: HVAC and plumbing maintenance package via email and confirmed the receipt of information via text. On the date of service, I received a text notification that the plumber was on the way. AL and Dustin arrived on-time within the reasonable 2 hour window. They were both friendly, informative, honest, eager to share their knowledge and experience and left no stone unturned. They answered all my questions, inspected the issue I called about and provided estimates for multiple future plumbing projects. Some may think the price charged was a bit high to change a part on the hose bibs, but the amount of time they spent with me, the attention to details, and the knowledge they shared was worth its weight in gold. As a first rime homeowner and being new to the area, I have learned and understood the importance of finding a reliable, prompt, and detail oriented professionals. As for resolving my issue and plumbing goes, AL and Dustin were fantastic (my doggos really liked them too). I hope I would never have to address anymore repair issues on a brand new home in the near future, but we all know that repairs and upgrades are inevitable. Therefore, I personally would contact them again and recommend them both for plumbing needs within my new development. I will also be exploring HVAC services/maintenance plans with the company after my current warranty expires.
Ben and Dustin were great got the issue resolved and offer the solution for the correct fix. Very professional and glad to have met them. These are the type of tech that make me a forever customer Thanks again guys. Highly recommended. Use this company. They truly do treat you like family.

Travis and Mark were awesome during our estimate and installation. There was another gentleman that help with our installation and I can’t remember his name. Everyone was very thorough throughout the process. Upfront with costs and recommendations. My background is construction and I highly recommend them for future work for anyone in the market.
I wanted to reach out and give a huge THANK YOU to Chisholm. Our air went out Friday evening at 630pm and we put in a call to them and found out they didn't open untill Monday morning. They were able to reach out to us Saturday evening and actually send someone out to fix our air! Thank you so much to Thomas Hilton for taking time out of your weekend to come and get us running again!

Matt was a great technician, very honest, knowledgeable, thorough, polite, helpful and kind. He answered all my questions. When he was finished examining my entire A/C system, he offered me 3 different options to improve my A/C issues, each at a different cost to allow for my budget. He was never judgmental, but accepted & understood my decision. I would highly recommend this company, especially if Matt is an example of their service techs.
Had new heating/AC unit installed within one day of service call. Travis with sales team explained everything and gave me options . Mark and Bryce arrived next day to install unit. They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Chisholm Heating and Air.

I highly recommend Chisholm. I needed a repair to the irrigation system at my parent's house in Easley, which was leaking from a broken T-connection. The first irrigation repair man called arrived, dug out the problem area and noticed a small portion of PEX piping exiting the main water meter's check valve and told us we needed to call a plumber, as he didn't work with PEX or have the specialty tools. He did what he could. We paid him for his portion of the work and he left. Being from out of town, and having no water service to the house, I called Chisholm because one of their reviews stated they respond within minutes. The friendly phone scheduler said they could have someone out within 2 hours. Less than one hour later, Ben O'Connor (of whom they sent a photo via text) arrived, diagnosed the issue and quoted a fair price. Once cleared to proceed, he went to the supply house for some additional materials and conducted the repair. Additionally, I believe he went beyond what was required for the repair and re-repaired a previous repair job. Well done! If you are in need of plumbing, electrical or HVAC in the Greenville, SC area, you should call Chisholm first. I know I will!
We have used Chisholm ever since we moved to SC and would not trust our mid-century home to anyone else. Brandon knows our home and takes the time to communicate and to provide options with the numerous issues we have had with old plumbing. You can trust their professional knowledge and integrity. Their maintenance plans are also great value.
We had a great experience with Chisholm! When our AC went out, a repair tech was able to come by the next day. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job fixing the AC. We’ll be recommending them to our friends and using them in the future.
Matt Pittman recently came out to do Spring maintenance on our HVAC system. He was extremely nice, polite, and helpful by answering all my questions, as our home is having some mold and odor issues that need remediating. He gave me an "educational lesson" on why I didn't need to buy expensive air filters, which will save us money! He made recommendations that would work best to clean our air and gave us an estimate on encapsulating our crawl space and installing a dehumidifier that will help keep mold and bacteria from returning. I was very happy with Matt, and appreciated his expertise and knowledge. I would highly recommend Chisholm HVAC as they value and give top-quality service and hire only top-quality individuals to work for them. Well done Chisholm's - keep up the good work!👍

How do I start.. our AC was old and starting to fail. We reached out to Chisholm plumbing and hvac, due to our previous AC guy recommended them. I spoke with owner John about scheduling my appointment, he bent over backwards to get us what we needed and actually worked out that we got it the very next day installed! Our two installers, Mark and Brice were on time, very professional the entire time they were here. They went above and beyond what we feel was necessary in the care of the belongings in our home.. moving in and out the new unit past the walls was tough, but they made it look like professionals… lol cause they were. Our install was done in a matter of hours and we were back to having cool air in the house. They both went over all the WiFi thermostat settings and answered any questions we had.. I could go on for hours about the professionalism that Mark and Brice had.. I also want to note 2 other service techs.. Matt and Bobby.. both are awesome and will help you anyway they can. We are customers as long as they will have us after this experience.. ps. The girls that answer the phone are proffesional also. That’s so nice to hear in todays world!!
