Called them for an appt, no answer so left a msg, and they never called us back. Would not recommend.
I hired Precision Heating and Cooling to come out and service my furnace and replace some damaged ductwork. They were on time and when it was discovered more of the ductwork was bad than we had originally thought they were able to get the material and completed same day for a fair price.
Precision Heating and Cooling was great to work with! They were very detailed with their timing and bid. I was very happy with their communication and cleanliness during the installation process as well. I would absolutely recommend their business and use them again!
Patrick and Bodie at Precision Heating are very professional and great to work with. I've worked with them on my personal home as well as through the homebuilding company I work for. They install very efficient HVAC systems at a great price. They are also super responsive and have a great service department. I highly recommend this company!

I wanted to take the time to compliment and provide a review of the services provided by Precision Heating and Cooling. They were very focused on solving my exact issue. Time was spent to dig into what the root cause of my problem was (not what I was just telling them) so they could provide a variety of solutions based on cost and time. I found this extremely helpful for me to better understand the details and how I wanted to fix it. In fact, they identified some ventilation problems with a door sealing to the carpet in a room that was negatively affecting the heating and cooling in that room. Furthermore, they made multiple follow up calls to ensure my issue had been properly addressed. Bottom line – quality customer service across the board. Many of my personal friends are general contractors so I have a pretty good understanding of industry. I would recommend Precision Heating and Cooling as a quality company that actually cares about their clients and resolving the issue at a fair price.
I am the owner of Black Butte Building and Design, a residential contracting company here in Bend and have been using Precision Heating and Cooling since our inception in 2018. Be it a remodel or new construction these guys are the real deal. I for one won't be dialing any other numbers when it comes to HVAC professionals. Thanks guys!
I needed an AC unit due to the heat wave we've recently been experiencing and the smoke from the fires. I reached out to get a quote which was a very reasonable price so I scheduled, they were able to fit me in 3 days later. It was a professional Install that was completed in 1 day. Im very happy and will only be using Precision Heating and Cooling from here on out. Highly recommend you give them a chance you won't be disappointed.
Precision Heating and Cooling was an amazing company to work with! They communicated well on the time they would be here for install, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after they were finished. When the cooling system wasn’t working as expected in the heat, they promptly came back out and fixed the problem. I highly recommend using Precision for your heating and cooling needs!
Precision Air installed a air unit for us at a very competitive price. There service guys were courteous and competent and on schedule. They completed the job in a timely manner and left everything clean and in its place. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a great deal.
