These guys are what you hope for when you hire a contractor. High quality, attention to detail, informative, courteous and tidy. From beginning to end, excellent customer service and quality work. Mike came for the assessment/quote and listened to our needs then came up with multiple options for us to weigh. Emmitt and Sean were fantastic as our installers and we’re just kind people that were nice to chat with too. Before they started, they asked if they had any questions or any concerns (I really appreciated this since this was a major install with lots of holes being drilled and so on). They really knew their stuff and took a great deal of pride in their work. Everything looked perfect with the install. Accuair even have a separate walkthrough a bit after install to do another quality check and make sure you’re happy with everything and answer any questions. Veronica in the office cheerfully scheduled the install and helped with other items too.
I like that even though I have an older unit they have the parts I need to get my machine working quickly professionally and reasonable prices Alex was great today very sweet and courteous
My vacation rental guest said the AC stopped working. From the time I called Victoria at Accuair it it was fixed in less than 2 hours on a Saturday and on a holiday weekend. Big shout out to technician Sean Jensen for saving the day and Victoria for coordinating the appointment. Thank-you so much!!
Alex was a very knowledgeable, experienced, and polite individual. He as able to explain where to look for any leaks inside of walls and was able to check for external leaks as well. I have a very slow leak in the system and will consider purchasing a new heat pump if this leaks by the end of the year. The system is recharged and I met a very informed, considerate young technician. Mike
My AC wasn’t working when weather was in the 90s this past week—my experience from calling to having someone come out and fix it was very positive. Sean was professional, thorough, kind, and got it fixed pretty quick. Would recommend and would use again!

Okay—to show you how awesome this business is, I didn’t hit save? Maybe? When I submitted my review and none of my write up posted. They replied anyway, because they have great customer service! Anyway! We have a new home and therefore, we needed a cooling solution because hey this girl doesn’t like to sleep sweaty. After doing research on other local companies (and going off the advice of my dad, who also has an AccuAir-installed heat pump and said they were top-notch, and who doesn’t appreciate dad advice?) I decided this would be the very best option. Victoria is the person on the other end of the phone when you call and literally she talks WITH you like she’s known you forever. And I haaate talking on the phone so that was my first green flag—a business that wasn’t pushy, but made sure you felt prepared and knowledgeable. Victoria set an appointment for me with Mike. During my (quick) appointment, Mike checked out all the things he needed to check out and then gave me several options to choose from. It was easy for me to make my decision based on ALL the info he provided. I signed a contract, Victoria set the install appointment, and off we went. Install went super smooth and again the techs were SO friendly and respectful! We are VERY happy with our super-cool heat pump (see what I did there) and honestly in today’s times it is totally refreshing to deal with employees that are happy, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and just great people. Anyway, I like accuAir. I’m glad they are my HVAC peeps.
All of the AccuAir employees that worked on our house were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. They made it a point to listen to our needs and make sure we knew exactly what could be done (and what couldn't be easily done) within our budget. We are very satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend AccuAir.
As always, great service, on time, very informative! Appreciate how they work very hard to make it out for an emergency call if something shuts off...like today when apparently some frogs made it into the system and hard locked the AC! 🤣 Thanks again friends at AccuAir. ❤️
Hi found this company on next-door and they had great reviews. They explained everything that they saw and did they gave us a fair estimate for what needed to be done in the future. I was very impressed. Mason was the gentleman that came out. I definitely would refer them and use their services again
This morning we had Mason and Sam show up promptly for our early appointment! They were extremely efficient, kind and clean. We wanted to state that both times we’ve interacted with Mason, he’s been beyond courteous and has always patiently listened to our concerns. We just met Sam today, who was also professional and friendly, and found out he just moved here four days ago and is already hard at work! Both chatted with us as they worked and it was obvious they were prioritizing our comfort with their presence in our space during the service call. (We also spoke briefly on the phone with a woman back at their office just to confirm our appointment and although we’re unsure of her name, she was also wonderful to interact with!) We are renting at this location so we are unsure of pricing, but as far as customer service and the actual work goes, we would be thrilled to have both workers back in our home to alleviate issues. AccuAir knows how to hire! We hope they’re paying them well for the immaculate work they’re doing - very hard to find these days!!!
Great job on a cleaning service. Tech gave awesome information on maintenance on my mini split system they installed a year ago. Will definitely be using again. They even moved my time up which was super convenient. Thanks AccuAir!
You guys were awesome! I tried fixing it myself and came really close, but there was another part that blew I was unaware of. Your tech figured out the problem within minutes and got my furnace working again! Thank you very much!

Technician was professional and explained what the issue was and the repairs needed. Cost was more than I was expecting but he repaired our system problem.

AccuAir has been maintaining my furnace for several years now and they are always very thorough and professional. I recently had them add A/C to my existing system. It's quiet and works great, bring on the summer temps!
Answers all my questions. AccuAir installed our system and maintains it. We have them out twice a year so the heat and AC work perfectly. Today they found a couple of things to fix being proactive to keep my system running top notch.
Brendan was able to come early. He did a heat pump maintenance checkup. Was thorough and answered all our questions in a professional manner. All employees are very personable and helpful.
AccuAir installed our system and has been doing the maintenance always professional and does not over sale. Highly recommend these guys!!! Had a couple emergency calls every time at my house that day
