Just Komfort owners James and Gretchen were fantastic to work with. This is the first time my wife and I have ever had to install a new HVAC system for any of our houses. These are not cheap systems, and we had many questions, and they took the time to answer them all promptly, while never making us feel like we were putting them out. We felt zero pressure from them, and they went above and beyond on every item. They found all the local rebates and included services as part of their base estimate that the others would charge more for later. On top of that they found out that our dryer vent was not performing as it should and included the replacement of the venting system in their base estimate. The dryer vent was not in good shape and was 90%+ clogged and was a serious fire hazard, not to mention the wear and tear on our dryers. I got bids from four different companies…two smaller businesses and two of the large businesses. Of the two larger businesses one never got an estimate back to us, one had my husband follow them around for 2 hours while he missed work so that they could give a sales pitch, and then got an unofficial quote of $10k more with less services than Just Komfort. The second smaller business was close on price with Just Komfort, but still more and not covering the dryer vent, duct sealing or looking for the local rebates. I think this goes without saying, but I would highly recommend Just Komfort for your heating and cooling needs.

After having received bids from 2 local big name companies that had both pushed us towards more expensive and short cut installations, we were fortunate to get a 3rd bid from Just Komfort Heating & Cooling. James, the owner, went out of his way to listen to our needs, came up with an ideal plan, and delivered us a high quality named brand system that was exactly what we needed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He kept us informed daily with updates from beginning to end. We are elated with the price. Our house is comfortably amazing, and we are saving money on our electricity bills! We were so happy with his work, we hired him again to do an identical system for our elderly parents’ home.
James and Gretchen were such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We got our duckless unit installed just in time for the Central Oregon Summer to hit!
