Had installed a HVAC Mini Split system in our ADU unit. I did the installation but needed to connect the freon tubing and test the line for leaks. We had excellent quick service. We were given suggestions of raising the unit higher and shielding the utilities with a metal cover. We did both. Great service comes at a price but in the end it was very fair. Thank you.

I cannot be more impressed with this company. I had one of the worst clogged sinks. The person who showed up was fantastic and recognized that the clog was more than he could handle and called in a 30+ yr veteran who worked with him and was able to fix the problem. I cannot recommend them enough. They care about their customer and the communication they keep with us was beyond incredible. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+ If you even get half of what they did for us you will be impressed. Great job guys!!!

Hot water failed in gas water heater. Multiple reigniting of pilot light failed. A new valve was needed. Not happy that that part of the water heater failed when it was not quite 3 years old from this companies initial installation but they honored the warranty and just charged me for labor. They came out the same afternoon which was great!!! Thank you!

I've used COHC and for the most part liked and enjoyed their service. But with in the last two years the service has been less than commendable. Recently I scheduled a regular maintenance online of the AC and furnace. Received an email confirming the appointment between 8am and noon. No call and no one showed up. I called the office. The gentleman on the phone indicated they were having problems with their online scheduling. He said that I had no appointment but he'd get someone out there by 2pm. No one came and again no phone call. I wasted an entire day waiting. I call that terrible service. When the person on the phone tried to verify my address he got it wrong and I corrected him twice...so who knows if the repair tech went to the correct address. So frustrating. Looking to go with a different company.

Alright. I'll be honest. It was my fault the AC wasn't working. The wait to get out here was about a week which I thought was reasonable. Turns out, I had wired something incorrectly. Tech took all of 5 mins to figure out the problem and was out in 10 mins (most of it being a waiting cycle for the system to start working). We laughed, I paid him, he was super cool, and my AC works. Id use them again in a heartbeat.

EDIT: Leaving in original view in place so you can see how they turned around a bad experience. After the issues with scheduling and the fiest reschedule, today they came out. Something was causing a issue with how they call me and it didn't connect, but Jocelyn made sure I could get texts from her the day before and texted me as well as advised them to ring my doorbell. I couldn't wait in the time window due to the schedule issue so they were kind enough to accommodate that and start working on it as I drove over from 10 min away (I remotely opened my garage for them). It took some time to figure out the issue but Dan was thorough and got it working. He and his assistant had great attitudes and were great to work with. I am very happy with how they turned my bad experience around and can recommend using them - they will make it right. --- Original Review: First there is an issue with the online scheduling system that didn't assign a tech, so I arranged for care for my mother for a 4 hour stretch to wait at my house until I called to find out they didn't have a tech assigned. They "squeezed" me in for the 1-6pm slot with the plan that they would call me and then I would head over to meet them. They never called, showed up and didn't ring my doorbell camera and left within 10 minutes.

"We Like What We Do and You Will Too"... Apparently not! A tech came out and quoted me a ridiculously high price because he didn't want to do the job since it was "gross." He even diagnosed the wrong problem. I paid $100 for this "estimate." I later contacted management about what happened. They never responded. I understand there's a labor shortage and bad employees exist, but the fact that management ignored me speaks volumes. Seriously, avoid this company at all costs. Go with Hukill's and save yourself a headache!
