Marilyn called me back in a timely matter and let me know.what I needed to do first. Then, when I called her back she was helpful in getting the guya out to me. Very professional and friendly. Let me know everything they were doing. Fixed leak in a timely matter. Even called the has company for me, to come back to turn gas back on. Will use again if needed. Thank you. 💕💕 😊😊

Due to the heat this summer we decided it was time for a duct-less AC system. Dave came out and gave us a great bid. After delays due to Covid and freight problems, they had it installed in one day. The installers were great, picked up and cleaned up. They did an excellent job with the installation. On time and no messing around. Great company to work with and would highly recommend.

Once again after 2 years to the day my OLD heat pump went out in 103 degree weather. They were paving on my street so no vehicles allowed. Dave walked from the nearest cross street to make the repairs and get it running, again. I don't know of any business that would make time and go above and beyond to get my air conditioner working in the hottest day of the year. Excellent customer service. Thank you
We called David to come out and take a look at our unit. He was able to squeeze us in within an hour of calling, as it was going to be in the 90s. He not only fixed our unit. He repaired what another company had messed up. He showed us and explained every step. He was very informative, and went above and beyond, and tried to help us the best he could with other problems that he had seen. I will never call another company. If anyone needs a heating or cooling company I highly recommend David with Prineville heating and cooling!

We bought our Gas Furnace a year and half ago. Since upgrading to our gas furnace, between our Gas and Electric bill, it has saved us $150 a month. Wish we would have upgraded years ago. Prineville Heating and Cooling was very professional and timely on getting things done. They are very hometown friendly and did excellent work , and the lowest bid we received around Central Oregon.
