I would not have Chad Petersen back on my property. Ever. I follow the adage, ‘show me your character, I’ll believe you the first time.’
Chad was available to come and service my AC at one of the busiest time of the year. When none of the big HVAC companies were available he was. He was quick and did honest work. Definitely recommend him!
We just had a new heat pump installed and from bid to finished install, and Chad Peterson did what was required and more...as they say, "he said what he did and did what he said"...he followed through with all paperwork, including work statement, warranty permit info, cleanup and all questions answered promptly by phone or text, ...if you do research on heat pumps, the most important part of the process is the installer doing their job correctly, despite price, brands, etc... We highly recommend Chad's company!
Last Friday was soo hot and was the first time I ran the air conditioner. At about 3:30pm I realized it was not running properly. I called Chad, thinking he would not be able to get to me until the following week. To my delight, he immediately rushed over. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the faulty part. He had to order an additional part. It came in on Tuesday and he returned that evening to install it. I was impressed with his professionalism and definitely recommend him!
I hired Chad to install a new heat pump and furnace. From the time we initially met to the time he ordered the new system and started demo was about 7 to 10 days and was completed within two weeks. The quality of work was excellent and he was very helpful in explaining everything as he went. I would hire Chad again without question if i every needed HVAC services again. It was a pleasure working with him.
