We are so grateful we were recommended Mike to replace our furnace and A/C unit. Not only did he save us thousands of dollars compared to the other quote we were given (!), but he was a pleasure to work with. He made a quick but thorough assessment of my needs and suggested the correct size of heat pump for me. He was booked solid but he was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule. I called Curtis Heating and Cooling and talked to Mike. I had questions and issues with a mini-split unit on a food trailer. He walked me thru some quick trouble shooting ideas, then showed up after hours with a smile on his face and got my unit working correctly. The trailer went quickly from 120° to 75° very quickly. Kristi is thrilled and we highly recommend using Curtis!
My heat pump went out and I called Mike He was there to look at my problem the next day and installed a new heat pump for me within a few days. Great customer service!

This person is one of the best and professional person I met that it's about the customer and not the bottom dollar. He was very professional and detected the issue with in a narrow time line. I would highly recommend this person to take good care of his customer. We need more honest people like him that's all about top dollar.
Our Thermocouple went out and we did not have any hot water, so we called Curtis and he quickly returned our call after hours on a weekend, scheduled and came to help us the same day (within 2 hours), and replaced the Thermocouple in a timely manner with a kind and courteous disposition. We are grateful for the wonderful customer service provided with our part replacement on our water heater. Thank you for helping us so quickly. Well done!
