Be very careful of this business. I scheduled out a week early and took a day off of work for their " between 8 to 6 " appointment time and they called me at 9AM telling me that they do not install refrigerant lines on a mini split not installed by them. I mentioned that this was professionally installed and I simply needed the refrigerant lines installed and the unit fired up. They said no they are not coming out, not if they did not install this system. Thank you Oregon Ductless and my recommendation to all is to be careful of this shoddy company who was told exactly what I needed when scheduling and called me into the scheduled appointment time to tell me they will not do it.
Their team hit my kid's basketball hoop and then did nothing about it. Have it on video. Reached out to the company and have yet to receive a response. Update - Taken care of now.
Called as a new customer to have the unit in our newly purchased house cleaned/serviced. And a quote done for a second unit for the other portion of the house. And was told by Customer service that they are not scheduling Maintenance until September due to COVID. Which I understand taking precautions during a pandemic but would think that they would not want loose out on new business - especially during a time where everything is so uncertain. They have lost our business and i will not be recommending them to anyone, there are other great HVAC companies still scheduling out work during these times.
This company knows ductless systems!!! They have a vast knowledge of what it takes to make sure your system is running properly. The company has written policies, procedures and checklists to make sure your ductless system will be running at peak performance long after the install. The old adage “you get what you pay for” is 110% true with this company. Simple the best around!

Worked with Rep Curtis and installers Gage and Steve. Everybody was great! Very professional. Installers really worked hard to get the best location for our units so that they looked good and had the best coverage. Had an issue setting up the app and Curtis got back to me with help.
Gage and Steven were great installers and super respectful of our home. Cesar was a great rep for the project.
I would like to retract the last review I left for Sky Heating. They did review the case with Management and found that there was a miscommunication. They have agreed to refund the disputed amount on my mother’s bill. They explained that they have many checks and balances in place to make sure that misunderstandings pertaining to our purchase of certain parts of Oregon Ductless do not happen. She explained to my mother the relationship between Sky heating and Oregon Ductless. If there are further issues with her system my mom now knows who to call and how to handle the situation. She was gracious with my mother and even agreed to buy us dinner for the trouble. Thank you Sky Heating

Oregon Ductless did FANTASTIC work installing a new ductless heat pump for my customer. Everything was straightforward, great scheduling, and the installers were super knowledgeable about the product. I'll be using them again, and highly recommending them to everyone. Thanks guys!
Oregon ductless installed two units at our business. They did excellent work and cleaned up after the job. It's nice to do business with people you can trust. I highly recommend Oregon Ductless' quality products and service. Aaron, Mike and Dan were professional and friendly.
All the staff are amazing, the installers kept me informed of every step during the installation. Also gave me great instructions on how to operate the system, and energy efficient way maintain efficiency. The paperwork, was quick and easy.
Oh, my gosh! These guys are awesome. They do good work, use good products, and the incentives are great! We liked the first one so much, we got a second system in the second side of a duplex. I recommend them, and I'm picky about who touches my house.
