UPDATE 7/7/23: Central A/C compressor stopped kicking on last night, so I set up a service call online. Soonest available was 6 days out, so I took it. The next day, an appointment came available that afternoon and they offered it to me, so I ended up getting next day service. But wait, there's more! The service tech, Dietrich Hart, was THE MAN. He explained exactly why the compressor wasn't turning on (capacitor), fixed that, tested everything thoroughly, answered my many questions, and showed me how to keep it clean and operating at peak efficiency. Every time I need these guys (which isn't often because they're good at what they do), they exceed my expectations. A+++ ORIGINAL REVIEW: Victor came to my house right on time, wearing a mask (height of the pandemic). He was respectful of the fact that I am working a phone job from home, and he did a thorough cleaning and service of my a/c. Efficiency H & C installed my a/c about 5 years ago, and they did a very nice job of routing and concealing the various pipes and cables involved. Haven't had any problems whatsoever with the unit or their service. Recommended
Could not be happier with Dietrich and Trey and Efficiency Heating. Diagnosis completed and parts ordered quickly. Arrived on time. Dietrich and Trey kept us informed about what was going on..We are repeat customers of Efficiency Heating and will continue to be their customers.

The men that put our ac unit in did a great job. And went over and be on fixing a gas leak that we had that we didn't know about thank you so much
These guys are very reliable and professional. Austin and Dietrich (and another gentleman whose name I forget) know their stuff, communicates well and were pleasant to interact with. I do feel like I overpaid for the job but I couldn’t be happier with the timeliness and professional quality of the work.
Called them when my AC stopped blowing cold at 9am, the technician arrived 1.5 hours later. Extremely professional and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. Had it fixed and bowing cold an hour later. 10/10 would highly recommend.
Well, I thought they were a good company and that my system was just a low quality one. However, recently, I had some work done on the house and the contractor wet underneath the house. He found two of the air ducks that were totally disconnected. So basically, for two years, I’ve been kind of heating and cooling under my house and not in my house. This is after Efficiency had come to my house two times and told me that a thorough check of everything. I would not use these people ever again.

Johnny and Kellen were the most positive, quick and efficient team I have ever had the opportunity to have on my property. Their knowledge and customer-centric approach to all solutions and processes during the installation of our new electric Mitsubishi heat pump was exceptional! Not to mention their professional and insightful knowledge of everything to do with our existing HVAC system. Absolutely amazing! Five stars-plus for Efficiency Heating & Cooling!
Austin and David came out and installed a new AC unit and thermostat for me today. They were right on time, very efficient, very informative, and most of all very friendly and respectful. Sometimes older people need extra explanations, and they took the time to make sure I understood exactly how everything worked. So now I’m sitting here enjoying my nice cool house. Thanks again to everyone at efficiency, heating and air conditioning for their wonderful service.

Efficiency Heating was great from start to finish. We were able to get someone out to quote a new A/C in a few days. Jason our estimator was very thorough and gave us many options as to type of unit and financing. He even answered questions via text and email after he left. Our installers Kellen and Matt were also excellent! We knew exactly when they were going to arrive and they did all of the work in one day. A pleasure to work with and very respectful of our time and our home. We’ll use Efficiency for all our HVAC needs going forward.
The company provided a very good service staring with Jason for the estimate and ending with their crew that mostly consisted of Johnny D. who made it happened. Johnny D. is a pleasure to work with - he was very knowledgeable and patient (he had to work around my dogs).

Efficiency Heating and Cooling are great! We’ve been using them for close to 10 years. They just replaced our furnace and the process was seamless.
I chose Efficiency H&C primarily because of all the estimates I got for a new high-efficiency furnace and thermostat, Jason was the most responsive (super quick) and helpful with my follow-up questions...and I had a lot of them. On installation day, one of the installers, Johnny, actually showed up a little early and was joined shortly by Austin. Two very nice guys who didn’t mess around, answered all my questions and kept me informed of the work progress throughout the day. At the end, Johnny then walked me through the new thermostat operation. The unit is working well and I’m confident based on my experience so far that someone will quickly respond should any issues arise. If I had one suggestion, it’s that if a company is recommending using furnace filters (those closest to the furnace, I guess also referred to as air-handler filters), confirm before install day if it’s feasible based on your existing set-up/ductwork to accommodate a standard-size air filter. I already had a return air vent in my hallway which I’ve put filters in for years so I had that option, but since all the vendors I met with talked about using a furnace filter, I thought I'd give it a try. Since it wasn't going to be possible to fit a standard-size air filter without some difficulty, I assume all the vendors would have run into the same problem. So we made the decision to stick with my current hallway return for filtering, which was fine with me. But I’d ask the question and confirm the plan ahead of time.
We have used Efficiency for the past few years and have always been happy with their service. When it came time to replace our furnace and AC unit there was no question we would also use their company. We trust the work that they do and plan to continue to use them in the future!
My furnace went out unexpectedly. I called Efficiency Heating and Trae the technician came out the next day exactly on time. His diagnosis was correct. Not wanting to spend any money on a 22 year old model, it was suggested that I get a new furnace. I made an appointment with Jason and he explained my situation and gave me his recommendations. Since I had been without heat for a few days, the office was able to schedule my new furnace installation the next day. I was extremely appreciative. The installer Johnny Durango and his assistant Austin did a great job. They were courteous, easy to understand and answered all my questions. The installation was quick and thorough. Thank you Efficiency Heating for all your help. I will highly recommend your company and employees.
