Stopped to get a bid for house made a date, The day before they were supposed to come called me and and said three more weeks don't do business with flaky companies stay away from this place for sure!
Jay came out to my house and serviced my gas fireplace. Great customer service. Clean and efficient.
My family were struggling due to a non working furnace just before Christmas. Willamette HVAC was able to work with the merchant to rush the part delivery and came to install once the part was received. Their technician J walked me through troubleshooting and maintenance tips to help avoid future problems. He was knowledgeable and stuck around to make sure everything was up and running correctly. The final invoice came in under the initial quote and really provided my family some much needed relief. Thank you Sherie and J for excellent service.

Terrible company. I had used them for a couple of years before I found an amazing vendor, who 2 years later is still discovering Willamette HVAC’s shoddy work. I’m in property management so I keep diligent records (i.e invoices and work orders). For ONE apartment, $6420 in invoices have been paid for repairs that are not under labor warranty after 30 DAYS. This week the vendor I’ve been using since I stopped using Willamette HVAC, discovered that the repairs were done incorrectly in that same unit. They apparently cannot keep knowledgeable techs and that was another reason I stopped using them. When there was a good tech, I’d hear about how awful this company is to work for and then the person quits. $6420 is a spendy lesson, but I’m grateful that they won’t be receiving another dime from here. I think the 30 day labor warranty coincides with the tech’s length in employment there. Oh and for bonus points, their customer service is appalling. I will be sure to tell every property manager of my experience with Willamette HVAC, along with sharing the contact info for the PROFESSIONALS that I use now.

I had J Chapman from Willamette HVAC perform a recharge on our AC unit today. He arrived on time, calling in advance. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got it priced out, and had the unit recharged within the hour. I'm very happy with the service provided, and I will be calling Willamette HVAC in the future if and when HVAC work is needed.
I’m using my daughter’s account because my text box wouldn’t appear when attempting to review and I felt a dire need to warn people. The rookie they sent came 3 times, never solved the short, burned a wire and lied to the office that he put the covers back on…why because he didn’t know how to solve the problem. The office was unprofessional handling my call. Go ahead and keep my money but I’m warning everyone to stay away from this company.
Our server room split unit's pump went out for the second summer in a row, coinciding again with the hottest week of the year. The team of Mike and Julio diagnosed the issue, and then installed a heavier duty pump for our system, and did it in a professional and efficient manner. The upgrade required some fabrication and thinking outside the box, and the two tackled the job. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and are glad we have Willamette as our HVAC company. James Laurance was great to work with. Professional, courteous and was exceptionally knowledgeable. Good company, with great customer service
I had Jeremy came over to do Heating maintenance and he was excellent. He answered all my questions with patience and also explained the whole heating system. He also showed me all the stuff that he cleaned and worked on. I recommend them highly.
Jeremy recently performed a seasonal service on the furnace in our house. He does excellent work and is wonderful person who takes the time to explain things and answer questions. I highly recommend Willamette HVAC!

Our heating wouldn't start up. I called and Willamette HVAC had a tech, Jeremy Darling, come out. He was professional, prompt and got our heating system working. He even showed me how to troubleshoot it! Will be utilizing for any HVAC issues going forth! Thanks

Excellent experience with Willamette HVAC having my AC unit repaired. I was very impressed with the service work done by Willamette HVAC. Jeremy came in a timely matter and had the needed parts in his van to complete my air conditioning repair in one visit. They will be by first call the next time I need HVAC repair work completed.
Great experience with them. They showed up on time, serviced my AC and answered any questions I had. The technician told me things to keep an eye on and told me ways to take care of stuff myself. Very trustworthy and reliable. Make sure you book in advance, they are super busy. Will definitely be using them in the future.
