I had a great experience with this company. They were on time and shared details about all steps taken.
Highly recommend. Our AC went out on the hottest week of the year and they were able to make a special appointment within two days. Other businesses I contacted would take two weeks or more. The tech was very informative and went over every aspect of each component and what the problem might be. He showed me the defective part that was replaced and why. Great small business that cares about their service. As most of us know this is hard to get these days. Thumbs up to Rubi Heating and Cooling. Thanks for the quick response to a hotter than hell house.(90+) My wife no longer complains.

I scheduled an appointment with Rubi to come out and clean the HVAC and dryer vent at a new house that we moved into. The day of my scheduled appointment they cancelled and said that their truck was not working properly. I asked to be contacted and rescheduled when they were able to provide the service. No response. I sent a follow up email and that was 10 days ago.... still no response! I would recommend finding a company that will actually follow through with their commitments. Rubi Heating and Cooling is obviously not the company.
Rene gave us a good price for a heat pump and furnace replacement. He installed them quickly and we were cool before the heat wave was over. Very professional!
Absolutely the most amazing repair company out there. It’s 115 degrees in Hillsboro today and our AC went out last night. We have a 5 week old baby and couldn’t find anyone even emergency services to come out and repair it. When I spoke to Rubi, he explained how booked he was but said he could try to come out at the end of the day today or tomorrow. Was honest in saying he couldn’t promise anything. So we went ahead and moved forward and at 330 today he said he was on his way. I couldn’t be happier. Got right to work, was friendly, professional and my own personal hero! With the temps not getting better until late next week we were desperate to have this repaired and terrified having a young baby in the house. Would recommend Rubi HVAC to anyone!!!
Rene and Stephanie were so great. If Stephanie wasn’t emailing then Rene was texting! The work was done so quickly! I absolutely recommend them for any of your HVAC needs!

Top notch service. Rene showed me the issues, gave me the options, and I didn't ever feel pressured or like I was being upsold. He was quick and super clean in his work, too. Our unit was overdue for service and it was spotless when it was done. I can tell the difference in our home's air quality, for sure. I will be a repeat customer.
We had Rubi install a new AC unit earlier this year and Rene Flores and team did an excellent job! Rubi was so thorough and meticulous with the installation. They provided us with the confidence of the service and I would highly recommend Rubi for your Heating and Cooling needs. They are very customer service oriented and honest! Had our hvac stop working overnight during a cold spell. When other companies were over a week out they stopped by that night. Ordered and picked up the needed part next business day and had me up and running a week before other business would have made the initial visit. Can't recommend enough.
We hired Rubi when the heat went out in our office. They responded immediately and had the issue fixed that same afternoon. Then, I personally hired them when my furnace quit at my home. That issue was a tough one to diagnose, and they stuck with it until it was fixed. They were friendly, honest and fair. I would definitely hire them again!
This business had the best customer service that is the one thing that I’m big on. Very patient with you and give you a good understanding as to what your problems are and let you know the cost of what any job that he’s going to do.
I would recommend them if you need your heat pump fixed very nice people.
